My husband had been craving juevos rancheros and after doing some research he mentioned this place was highly recommended. We gave them a try for lunch one day. As you drive in, you realize it’s definitely a hole in a wall type of restaurant. As you walk in, you know it’s going to be some authentic Mexican food!

We were greeted right away and were brought chips with both green and red salsa! I ordered a pineapple agua Fresca and hubby ordered a michelada. They were both good although I’m not sure the agua Fresca is made from fresh pineapple.

We noticed they had some daily specials so I checked out the menu before deciding on the carne asada plate which was on the daily specials. We started off with the shrimp cocktail which was SO DELICIOUS!! It is perfectly seasoned and packed with flavor! There were generous amounts of shrimp and was a great appetizer for us since we were hungry.

Hubby got his juevos rancheros which were cooked to perfectly, over medium. He said the beans were good and the tortillas were homemade corn tortillas. The size was very generous compared to other restaurants we’ve been to.

My carne asada plate was humongous!! I didn’t realize how big of a plate it was so of course hubby had to help me out. Even then, it was still too much we took some to go. The meat was tender and so flavorful! I do like their corn tortillas as they are thin and big so they don’t get hard when they get cold.

We were so impressed and will definitely be back for more! Prices are fair for the portions you get! We highly recommend this spot! Do not let the outside deter you, give them a try!

A little embarrassed to say I was in the mood for Chipotle but it was too far away. In this end, this was much better. Super fresh ingredients: tomatoes, guacamole, lettuce. Delicious barbacoa. Handmade tortillas.

Went for lunch and it was busy but we didnt wait long for our food. And the service was great, atmosphere feels homey and prices affordable. Only thing is their tables and chairs, they have picnic style tables. Size friendly but sometimes you need to scooch up to the table while eating. There are also movable chairs with no arms but they dont look the sturdiest.

The food was amazing! I got the fajitas poblanos and it was fresh, the cheese was so good and all the veggies were great. The fajitas were tender and super flavorful.

Every dish was well rounded and complete. Fajita beef heavily flavorful and marinated, some of the best I’ve ever had.

I had been to the other location once and it had been a good experience. Today, I visited the original location with my adult kids and three friends visiting from Germany. Like the other location, the simple and forgettable exterior belies a terrific gem of a restaurant.

The service (by Jocelyn) was very friendly and prompt and all the orders were correctly handled (even with special requests). The food was terrific, everyone enjoyed it immensely.

Excellent food. Very fresh. Had the three breakfast tacos for $5. Very satisfying meal! Green sauce and red sauce were excellent as well. Service was above and beyond. Kept my coffee cup full all the time and water as well. Also kept the sauces full as we used quite a bit with our breakfast tacos. Forgot to take pictures but everything was great. Seems to be a small family on the place and does very well. No problem getting the seat or parking. Definitely will come and try again. Only tried the breakfast tacos this time as that’s my usual at places when I try them out. Very friendly staff! Not on my side of town so it’s not off when I get over here. But I will come back and try some of the other options on their menu.

There food is just stupendous and delicious. Ordered me some mini tacos of pastor. There the bomd. There’s service was fonaminal as well to. Friendly people all around. Then still got me burrito to go fatty. Wouldn’t mind going again at all.

I placed an order via Uber Eats. I ordered 3 different tacos just to try them out. The babacoa tacos were super fat and greasy. All the tacos were topped with cilantro and onions. This was not an issue for me due to I love these toppings. The tortilla soup was delicious but there wasn’t any side toppings for it. I didn’t get any limes, onions or cilantro with it. The side salad for the asada plate looked really sad. 1 tomatoe cut in half and a few slices of avocado laying on some old lettuce. The pastor tacos were slightly dry but other than that the rest of the food was delicious and everyone enjoyed it.
