Don’t let our size fool you! We may be a food trailer but we deliver big on flavor! Sandwiches, smoked meats, house made sides. We also do full menu catering for events of all sizes! From elegant plated meals to a NYC style hot dog cart! Sydney is happy to discuss your catering needs. Syd received his degree in Culinary Arts from Oklahoma State University and has been smoking meat since he was a teenager.
