Worst experience I think we have ever had at a fast food restaurant. The food was COLD my burger was cold and had a ridiculous amount of mayo and ketchup, husbands chicken sandwich was cold all the fries were awful cold and tasted like cardboard, kids chicken nuggets were fine, they also forgot straws for 5 drinks, they weren’t busy in the slightest so there is no excuse for any of this. But the absolute worst of it was the service, the guy at the window with his nails done didn’t tell us total (luckily we listened when we ordered) he didn’t say hello goodbye nothing , he didn’t say a word to us just handed us everything with a side of attitude in his body language. Just a HORRIBLE experience all the way around. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION, you want Burger King go to Hillsborough it’s worth the drive.

This place it is the slowest place I’ve ever been inside and it’s supposed to be fast food, and sometimes the people are super rude. But my biggest complaint is how slow they are. You can sit at the drive-through to order and nobody ever comes and ask you can I take your order same on the inside. Love me some Burger King, but I rarely go there anymore because it’s so slow with a ton of workers inside!!

Idk who is working that window but they need to have better customer service skills. I wasn’t done ordering and she wants to give me my total and when i say I am not done i get the biggest sigh from her. If you don’t like your job then find another one. Average food and disrespectful workers. BK I hope you do better but I won’t stick around to find out.

Slowest Burger King ever and probably the slowest drive thru in all of roxboro. By the time you get your food it’s already cold and no one even bothers to apologize or move with some urgency. Don’t even bother coming here unless you want to spend 25 mins of your life that you don’t want back.

When I went to this location before it was remodeled it was great. After reopening I’ve had nothing but problems. I haven’t been given sauce with my order a single time. I went inside and asked the manager for ketchup and was told I had to wait in the long line of patrons to get it. I am frequently given the wrong food solely because it was inputed incorrectly by the clerks. Today this was the case, I ended up paying for food I didn’t order and noticed after I had already left. I also didn’t get any sauce with my order yet again. The food I did receive was warm at best. The fries were cold.

I’ve never been given a burger, with two bottom halves. That’s just Slack! I also ordered a large order of onion rings and was given a small fries. Told the girl at the window I ordered a large onion rings. She looks at the manager and says, “can I have a small onion rings?” She gives it to me, and I proceed to tell her second time I ordered a large.. They give me two SMALL onion rings instead. Always received good service from this location, until today. Will never give BK my business again. Especially this location..
