I ordered from there today and it was a hot mess. My tamale was I believe microwaved. It’s super hard at the bottom. The chicken is so old. This must have been the last tamale from the batch or something. My baja tacos were missing the cabbage and sauce that comes with it. My guacamole is already brown. The bottle of coke is great, the salsa is great. The chips are decent.

The food is goodand the price is decent. The only reason I didn’t give it at five is because the service kind of sucks. They messed up my order last time I was here because the girls were struggling with the computer logistics. I understand they are hiring younger peeps but they should have someone else managing it then. I went there today for lunch and I tried to get sauce after ordering and I waited for 10 minutes and kind of just gave up. I also watched a group of four or five people walk away because they also were waiting and there was no one around.

I mostly wanted to share a photo of the set up, since there weren’t any for me when I was deciding to visit. This is like a food court with interesting food and a giant bar. The seating is excellent — comfortable and stylish. It’s counter service, seat and bus yourself. The food at Casa Cabos was bland and over priced. I think they really did try, but even Taco Bell is better for your money.

The quesadilla was enormous and absolutely packed with flavor. Every bite was cheesy, savory, and satisfying. The chips and salsa were fresh, crisp, and exactly what you want to start a great meal.
Overall, everything we had was excellent. If you’re craving authentic, flavorful Mexican food in a friendly setting — this is the spot.

Came in off peak to enjoy a quick bite, but ended up hanging around for awhile, soaking up the awesome atmosphere. Bryan was the server and he was quick, friendly, efficient but not overbearing.
Had the Southwest Chimmies and the queso with chips. I’m sorry i missed the Jarritos on the menu, but will get that next time. I am really glad this location opened on my side of town, because I’ll be back very soon.
The setup in the dining room is flexible, so a large group can be accommodated with ease. Gracias, amigos!

I tried their tamales and I’m not sure whether it was a batch issue or a recipe issue, but definitely needs to be taken back to the drawing board. The masa was bland, over cooked, chicken-bland, overcooked & dry, couldn’t tell if it was in a salsa if there was one, gotta try again & wanted to spare people the experience. No on the tamales.

AMAZING authentic Mexican tacos for about 15$. (plus a coke) easy to order as well,Took about 10ish minutes to cook and they did forget my coke but I got one anyways. I would have shown a picture but I ate it all. Btw I had rice beans 2 steak tacos with a coke for 15 DOLLARS, rather than most other places being like 60 dollars.
