While the food is decent the customer service is horrendous. We placed an order picked it up asked if we had everything. We’ll we didn’t and what we had well wasn’t correct either. They shorted us on fries. Asked for pasta with sauce on the side NO SAUCE. Asked for a chicken parm sandwich with sweet peppers it had hot!. When we called they offered $4.95 credit the cost of the fries. After more calls they offered a $25.00 credit towards our next purchase. Sorry there won’t be a next time. I’m done with lousy service from people who just don’t care!

On October 18, 2025 I purchased a xl pizza half pepperoni and half villa special. My family and I were eating pizza than later on my boyfriend went back to get more pizza than we found straight black hair on the pizza. Had to throw the rest of the pizza in the garbage I been eating here for years never had this problem. I spoke to one of the ladies and she gave me store credit which I was grateful for, but it doesn’t change the fact that my dinner wasn’t satisfying everyone pay attention to your food from Villa Rosa.

They’re back with the same flavor I have learned to love. I ordered a sausage, mushrooms, onions & green peppers pizza. Delicious with my Italian hand kiss! The pizza could use a lil more sauce but that just me. The boneless buffalo wings were okay nothing special clearly not fresh breaded or authentic sauce just mediocre. They’ve been gone for so long it was a comfort eat. Enjoy!

I just ordered a sausage pizza and onion rings and the pizza was delicious as always and onion rings too. They have the best tasting crust on their pizza and i like how the edges are rolled. This was the best pizza ive had in a long time, ive always been a long time customer and left to order from a different establishment and im back and glad i am. Ordered two cheese slices to go. Small, dry, salty, and meh. Usually don’t reach for the ranch but needed it on this. $11 for two slices? Disappointed and missing the old Villa Rosa. A shell of what it was. Got to Rosatis by Peaches for a slice.
