This place, imho, has always been expensive for the size of portions and the food is hit or miss but mostly miss. We keep trying because it’s the closest Chinese restaurant to our home. Our last visit reflects most of the reviews. I sincerely wish the owners would clean up their kitchen & dining areas and offer better tasting & quality food. If they’d do so they’d make a fortune because it’s the only place around.

My husband and I had lunch there for the 1st time today and will NEVER go back. Dining room was dirty, unlit, and undecorated except for disheveled plastic tablecloths with dusty old plastic poinsetta Christmas vases. No music. Dirty floor and bathroom.Food was terrible. Pork fried rice was yellow and bland and skimpy on pork. My chicken egg too young was bland and so greasy that grease dripped down my chin with first bite . Red, thin bubbly “duck sauce”?We were too afraid to finish our meals due to the overall condition of the place and the obvious lack of effort and caring.Very strange experience overall. Stay away..or at least check out place before ordering take- out

Stopped in to grab takeout on the way home from Portland and I’m so glad I did! The reviews almost got to me, but I decided to try it for myself and was amazed!! it was so delicious! Huge portions and Friendly staff too!!

Pork fried rice (which is yellow)- not the regular pork fried rice enjoyed at other places, and barely any pork
White rice- edible
Beef teriyaki – edible, kind of limpy vs crispy side
Veggie lo mein-edible
Egg rolls-bland
Chicken fingers- not great
Orange chicken- same as General’s chicken, and no hint or orange, salty
General Tao chicken-not spicy, chicken pieces were hard & chewy,salty
Chicken chow Mein- edible

For $60, I was hoping the food wouldn’t be like straight up leather. There was HAIR all over the wings. We didn’t even eat any of them. My son found hair on his beef teriyaki. The rice seemed old. We ordered 2 platters and only for 3 crab Rangoon. All around terrible. A waste of money time and gas. stay away

The last 2 times I’ve ordered the fried rice has been bland. This time the orange chicken had absolutely no orange flavor and tasted burnt, the sesame chicken tasted like burnt soy sauce. One of the worst experiences I’ve had from there.

I ordered boneless spare ribs & white rice which totaled $23 and OMG what a waste of money!! The best part was the plain rice. The ribs were so fatty and slimy, the duck sauce tasted like straight rice wine vinegar. I will NEVER go back here again.
