I like my pizza a bit crunchy, so I requested for my order to be baked well-done. I understand it can be annoying to have to cook it longer. But they proceeded to deliver the most raw dough undercooked pizza I’ve ever had. I had to re bake it myself. They also didn’t slice the stuffed bread I ordered.

Ordered carry out pizza and garlic twists with a dose of garlic sauce. When I picked up the service was nice. I waited for only a minute or so before being helped, the employees were all very polite, I didn’t notice any concerns with the building or cleanliness. I thought the price was reasonable. $25 for a large pizza, garlic twists and cheesy marinara. The food was delicious. I enjoy the sides more then the pizza and in the future might skip pizza and stick to other options like the breadsticks, loaded tots, loaded chicken and sandwiches. Unfortunately on the 4 minute drive home the garlic sauce leaked out of the top box and onto the corner of my purse. I have it in the wash after some spray and wash, fingers crossed it comes clean since I’ve only had it since Christmas.

I ordered a pizza and a bottle of coke, waited for about 40 minutes, then received a notification that the order had been delivered, but nothing was actually delivered. I informed the store about this, and they offered to refund my money or deliver the order again. I decided I still wanted the pizza, waited another 40 minutes, and in the end, I received another notification that the order had been delivered, but NOTHING WAS DELIVERED. I’ll never order again Domino’s!

I tried to order online last Thursday, was given an error code but the money was still taken out of my husbands account. So we decided to call and tell them, was told it would go back in there and it did so we called again to order instead of using the app, the girl we spoke to tried to charge our card EIGHT TIMES and it pulled money out TWICE but she said it was showing declined on her end so there was nothing we could do. So now we’re out $60 and didn’t get food at all. They said it would stay pending until it went back into the account but then they went and finalized the sale and are refusing to give us a refund for SOMETHING WE DIDNT EVEN GET. This is ridiculous. That’s theft.

Tonight’s pizza was awesome. Cut all the way, and evenly. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. After almost six dollars in delivery fees that is clearly displayed on the box will not be going to the driver. My order of bread balls and emergency pizza that totaled almost 13 dollars, my order didn’t qualify for delivery. The staff is doing great work. Not liking the advertisement department hoops.

Called after waiting 30 minutes past the delivery window. Our food was still there and had just been waiting. They’d forgotten about our order. The manager offered a refund or to deliver the cold food. Those were the only options he was willing to give. Sincerely hope that guy gets fired.

Terrible service, bad management. They made my ‘pasta’ bowl without any pasta in it. I called and had them remake it. I drove back in the pouring rain and asked if I could get a soda for the inconvenience. The worker had the nerve to say “what do you mean inconvenience, you already get the first pasta and now you get this one”… The first one was a pasta bowl and they had forgotten the noodles! These guys rock! This is our store for delivery, which we get on a regular basis, and they are always dependable. Delivery people are friendly, food arrives hot and fresh. It’s Halloween tonight so I expected delays, but our pizza and dessert was delivered fast, as usual, and was even tastier than normal!

I like dominoes but It was odd they charged me 3 times then I called and he says they never got my order but I could pay again and get a pizza. I kinda waited to see what he would say and he stammered off that they have had problems with the website and app for a few weeks…… makes you wonder what else they shove off to the backburner….. maybe someone should take some initiative and get it fixed and not walk around with your thumb up your bum saying not my job, just an idea idk…..
