We found this place while looking for a good Latin spot for lunch. Parking was easy, and it was surprising to see the restaurant almost empty during lunchtime. The A/C wasn’t working, and there weren’t any fans, so it was pretty warm inside. Even so, we decided to stay and order. There was only one server, but he was really friendly and helpful. The food came out quickly and tasted great, with good seasoning. Prices are a little high for lunch and somewhat overpriced, but I’d still recommend checking it out if you want to try something different.

Regular, not that difficult to enter.
Food was ok, edible. Nothing delicious,
Very pricy over $60 for two people is a lot.
Including de drink a $7 hot water with cane sugar and a thin mozzarella cheese slice. I didn’t really like it at all. I won’t come back to this restaurant. I got a soup called sancocho for the description sounded really good, but it didn’t. It had a plain flavor.

Me and my sister came here and enjoyed everything. We’re basically on a keto diet and the food here very keto friendly. The food was very tasty. The waiter was very attentive and helpful. Spoke English and Spanish.
The arepas were good, especially the beef ones. The bandeja paisa was bomb. And my sister had the bistec de caballo, it was very good. She didn’t care for the fried plantains but I loved them. More for me.

This place has fun music, perhaps a bit too loud, but it has a great vibe. It’s clean and well decorated.
The dishes were big portions, so definitely good value. While most dishes tasted great, the meat were quite tough to chew through and the beans were cold.

We didn’t get much service throughout apart from the basic ordering. Do watch out when you pay because they charged us 25% tip even though I specified 18%.

As the rating says, it was just ok.
I started with the patacones topped with chicken. The chicken was underseasoned and the start of the show was dried or too soft. The cheese bread was adequate but as soon as it cooled, it became quite hard. The main entree was just ok. Nothing I couldn’t cook at home, probably better. The pork belly was not crispy enough to eat as the fat was barely rendered. Everything else was overcooked and underseasoned. The server did not bring the beverage until after the meal was out. He checked with me once to see if all was well.
Overall, an uneven experience. I’ll try one more time. Hopefully, a different time will make a difference (I arrived around 7:30). I’m hoping for improvement as it is but a block from my location.

Amazing empanadas! Crispy on the outside and flavorful on the inside. Chicharron here is also 10/10. Waiters are super sweet and nice! Amazing experience!

Had an amazing first experience of Colombian food here. Came in for a late dinner and the live music singer was incredible and all the patrons were joyously singing along. The food was excellent – we quite enjoyed every bit of our big sample platter and the soup was lovely! Also enjoyed the lulo fruit juice and trying their passion fruit cracker dessert. So much more I want to try next time :))

Review for [Restaurant Name]

I had an incredible dining experience at [Restaurant Name]! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with warm hospitality and a lively atmosphere that instantly made me feel at home. The decor is vibrant and authentic, perfectly capturing the spirit of Colombia.

The food was absolutely delicious. I started with the arepas, which were perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The empanadas were flavorful and paired beautifully with the house-made sauces. For the main course, I had the Bistec a Caballo— the portion was generous, and every bite was packed with rich, authentic flavors. The chorizo, plantains, and beans were cooked to perfection.

The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, offering great recommendations and ensuring that we were comfortable throughout the meal. To top it off, the Postre de maracuya for dessert was light, moist, and just the right amount of sweet — the perfect way to end the meal.

If you’re looking for a taste of Colombia, El Parche is a must-visit. The authenticity, flavor, and atmosphere make it a standout spot. I can’t wait to come back!
