Friendly staff. When asked to remove the sausage and include chicken patties, though they charged extra for the chicken patties they did it without a complaint. They were so helpful and understanding.

I do love the taste of their burgers but the restaurant on Davis street in San Leandro definitely needs to put their employees through some retraining. Twice in a row I’ve ordered their cheesy tater tots and twice received chicken nuggets instead.

Did not get our food right, went thru drive thru. Stopped to use the restroom and it was disgustingly dirty. If they do not maintain cleanliness in their restroom, I wonder how clean their cooking area is?!?

This place is disgusting and sad. I went here twice consecutively in the morning around 8:45am. The first day I went through the drive thru. The coffee and breakfast biscuit were both lukewarm.. no biggie, but still annoying as I despise luke warm coffee but figured I’d warm them at the office. Today, same thing but worse. I go through the drive thru, and realize the sandwich isn’t even warm as if it’s been sitting there for hours! The coffee, again is lukewarm. Once I opened the sandwich, the order was incorrect. I end up going inside to have them correct it. They correct it, but again, are these folks NOT using any heating elements?! WHY would you give a customer a breakfast sandwich with cheese that clearly just came out the fridge?! It was cold, not melted, and I swear the croissant bread was almost stiff. Once I get to the ofc, Im putting creamer in my coffee and then I notice the cup….the cup is dirty and there is clearly a black fingerprint on the cup, and the lid also has a slight dirt mark. The pic you see is a full cup of coffee and I just tossed it all! How disgusting! I will never return to this location..

Food quality is better than before. However the server, Maria, had a bad cold turkey attitude and careless behavior towards customers. We ordered burgers and drinks. She did even bother asking us if we would like dine in or to go. She just put anything in the bag and left it in the counter while we intended to dine in. She forgot to give us drinks. Once we asked her politely for drinks, she impatiently gave it to us but forgot to give us straws. Once she gave me straws, she said that I should have thanked her. She forgot to give us some sauces, utensils and plates as well. Her accent was too strong to understand her sometimes. She just mumbled out some words together.

This location is always messing up the order even forgetting whole items! And when they don’t have what you order they just leave it out and not say anything to you! I have had to go back multiple times to rectify my orders. They act like you are lying until they realize infact they did mess up. One time it was priceless when manager finally figured out why they didn’t give me one of the items was because they were out! Who is running this bk?
