Do not come here if you have any allergy/food requirements – If I could give this location zero stars I would. I made a mobile order for a southwest salad with no chicken, no tortillas, and no cheese – I am very allergic to dairy and other stores accommodate this perfectly fine. I pick up my salad and it is covered in cheese, so I go back and apologize but request a new salad, even offering to pay again – the Manager made me prove my mobile order and was a little off-standing, but I get it, things happen, people make mistakes. I HATE being that guy who send back food but I also don’t want my intestines to explode in the middle of the mall, right? He begrudgingly replaced my salad and when I open this one, the beans, corn, and peppers are frozen solid. Please note, this is the THIRD time I have received a frozen salad from this location – see picture of ice encrusted salad attached. The managers were lackadaisical and rude when I let them know and sent me away with a frozen salad, asking “well did you at least get your fork and knife?” as if to joke about how poor the experience was. This store is an embarrassment to the Chick-fil-a franchise and the management is a joke. Save yourself the time and money and go anywhere else.

Disappointed in the service at this location and food was mediocre at best. Fries were under cooked and spicy chicken was over cooked and dry.

The food is okay, not super great, but the chicken is decently flavored. The chicken strips were very small. The waffle fries have no flavor to them at all, except for the sharp taste of table salt. The frosted caramel coffee is okay, it has a nice creamy coffee flavor, but the caramel flavoring is a little bitter and has a slight after taste. The chick fil a sauce is good, and the ranch sauce is slightly better than average. Their honey mustard sauce is spicy and a little sharp, but all around good. Aside from the size, it is decent food for a decent price, but if you’re hungry you likely wont be full up on one order of chicken strips and fries. Service was professional, friendly, and fast. The cashier was nice, clarified the order, and processed it quickly. The food was ready to take 2 minutes after paying. Quick, friendly service.

I like that there’s actually a place in the mall worth buying food from. The chicken is fantastic. The workers are great. And I really like how clean the area looks in general. The only thing I can say was wrong with it was that the lines can get pretty long and it doesn’t seem like they really are in a hurry to get people in and out of the line as quick as possible. But other than that, I think that it’s a pretty good place to grab some food at, especially while shopping at the downtown circle centre mall.

I don’t eat often at this place, but the few times that I have, I’ve liked the food. I would recommend it. The only thing I dislike about the brand, is that I went once last winter on a very cold day, and they had employees outside taking orders. I understand they want to please the customer getting their orders faster, but having employees outside in those conditions… I don’t know. The girl told me it was only for lunch time, but still. Just build another lane, Chic-fil-a.
