I really just wanted something to snack on and hold me over and I ordered 8 chicken fingers and a fry. I waited 10 minutes for only my fries to be hot and the lady handed it to me as eat in instead of take out. The icing on the cake was being told I’m not able to get a refund and then my guy having to walk in behind me to convince them to give me cash.

This Burger King was being remodeled that is noted. I was passing by and noticed cars in the parking lot so I stopped in. I walk up to the door and a gentlemen tells me only the drive through is open, I told him I’m a truck driver can I just order here. He tells me to walk to the drive thru and order, which I did standing infront of cars now in the sun. Ordered a whopper Jr and I noticed the bread is extremely firm, I look it over and its molded.

Angela is a pleasure to speak with every drive-through visit. It is wonderful to have her as a constant. She is kind, attentive, and always makes the experience better. She has gone above and beyond to make me and my son happy, especially by making sure we get our King Junior toys. We will definitely keep coming back, and I always look forward to saying hi to her.

I’ve worked down the road for the past six years, and unfortunately this Burger King has consistently been the slowest “fast” food restaurant around. Every visit is the same story: long waits, even when the dining room and drive-thru don’t seem busy. Management really needs to step in and fix whatever is causing these delays—people are on lunch breaks and don’t have 20–30 minutes to wait for a simple order.
I had hoped things would improve after the remodel, but today’s experience was just as slow as every visit before. Very disappointing.

Dear BK (at this location)… if your customer make it their obligation to choose you out of thousands of restaurants in the vicinity, the least you could have done was prepare them a “fresh” Whopper and Big Fish sandwich instead of being so lazy, you grab the ones you made like 8 to 9 hours ago and throw it in the bag… Not cool

Anthony was awesome, really made our day stopping in for a quick lunch. Big compliments to the manager on duty for helping with menu confusion and being incredibly personable, I heard her cheering on her staff during a drive thru lunch rush. Food came out a little slow, but they’re clearly trying their best. No doubt the recent remodel and staffing is probably in flux. Haven’t been to a Burger King in ages but this made me wanna stop by again.

I was first wanna start off by saying it’s not okay to walk in and establishment and already be judge soon as u walk in. This location is discrimination at its finest literally. When u ask to order or even ask to buy one thing they judge u and give you attitudes and mean looks. They literally watch you at the drink Machine. They rush you when you dine in. Then they only yell at the African Americans but treat the Mexican people way differently. Then even told one of the coworkers to do their job and find something to do while having a Mexican coworkers in the back all grouped up talking laughing and on they’re phones and I was just in disbelief honestly. This restaurant should honestly learn how to treat people fairly and not favoritism. Then don’t even get me started on the Mobile ordering you would actually think it would be more effective and easier but soon as u come up there ask for your stuff they literally look at you like you trying to steal even when you literally show proof and they even charge you or get mad when you ask for sauce when they literally forget to give the sauce that you specifically ask for . It’s just frustrating to have to be treated the way I do here especially when I work hard just like everybody else and think I can come here to enjoy my food and have to end up dealing with all that. Very disappointing

So many issues with this location. Newly remodeled so I thought it would be better. Over the last 7 years, I’ve gotten sick from food here 4 times, including today. The other 3 times were before the remodel. Today, me, along with 2 coworkers started to feel ill after eating breakfast. Not to mention, it takes WAY too long to get food, especially through drive thru. I shouldn’t be waiting 15 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me. Always slow and food always not good. I’ll start going back to the Creedmoor Rd location.
