Im disappointed in this location . Food is regularly very hot and delicious . Bowl was cold . Mash was cold no gravy in it corn and chicken cold . We came at 920 pm on a Friday so I assumed it would be good , but maybe because they were close to closing at ten . I’m so disappointed I have never got bad food from this location . The cashier at rive thru was nice .

Trash KFC Everytime I go to this one food is wrong, food not fresh, soda Is flat, service is trash, workers don’t care, everything is a joke at this location. Maybe if there where actual managers that would manage and do there job none of this would happen, you got teenagers being unsupervised playing with people money. Oh and the ye ol’ cash register are down trick so they don’t have to work or cook food

I will not be going back to this location even though when they make it right I love everything they serve. I won’t be going back because once again they gave me the wrong order to go o. And when I got to my daughter’s house (with kids) we did not have the 16 piece meal for over $40, we got someone else’s 4 pieces of chicken with sides. And the chicken wasn’t the best. Previous visits when they did get the order right, the chicken was dry, over cooked. I really hesitated to go back this time, only the memories of a good meal overcame my better sense. No more. Farewell Winton road location.

Awful experience! Took 15+ minutes to get a spicy chicken sandwich combo w/fries and it was still made incorrectly. Tasty sandwich but definitely not worth the wait! Staff was friendly though. Would not recommend this location if you’re in a hurry, sorry.

Very slow service got pulled for over 20 mins with several other cars pulled as well only chicken they had was crispy original no chicken sandwiches no wings no boneless wings or spicy chicken! Went to several windows with my order before finding right car.. HORRIBLE I WILL NOT RETURN… Then food was not good or fresh.. If all you have is crispy chicken why are y’all not making it and having it atleast READY????

Took some time away from this location for more than a year. Yesterday I was in the area,so I tried once again!!! Went through the drive thru,got a 20 meal… WOW!! Worse than before. I’m going to take the biscuit that was hard as concrete back& show them… They had been sitting for long time. Can’t believe they would send food out that bad. The chicken wasn’t much better. I have went to other locations and found that this location is the worst. It’s a great location,but can’t say the same with management. !! No I’m not going to call or go back to complain. Just will never consider this location again.

Pulled up to the speaker was not greeted or anything… what was stated out the speaker by an extremely rude lady was “I only got chicken nuggets” and then complete silence… I thought maybe she was talking to someone at the counter inside the restaurant but nope she was indeed talking to me lol.. wont be going back
