I am writing to express my concern about the consistent issues at your Pines location. The service is extremely poor, the food quality is below standard, and the wait times are unreasonably long due to a clear lack of adequate staffing.
This location reflects poorly on the Taco Bell brand. I strongly urge you to address the management and staffing concerns, as the community deserves a better experience from this restaurant.

Spent 30 minutes to get from the line to the window last night. Female at the window was extremely rude. Would make you have to basically get out of your car to reach the food because she didn’t want to extend her arm more than 6 inches from where she was standing. It seemed to be super busy while one girl was right next to her the whole time I was at the window scrolling through Instagram, trying to hide behind the sign on the window. And when I get home, they didn’t even put the nachos for both of the boxes we got. I really don’t understand people sometimes. If you are unhappy with your job or do not want to work, DONT WORK!

Avoid this taco bell, kfc like the Black Plague – I Rarely rate negatively but this place sux !
The food sux because the people making, serving clearly don’t want to be there, are not trained or give a crap about customer service – I ordered a beef burrito supreme, got a bean burrito and when I opened it to ask where was the beef in all the beans, the so-called Mgr pointed to a few spots of what might have been specs of hamburger as opposed to just trashing it and making the All beef burrito that I ordered And Paid nearly $6 for AND I asked for water and they charged me for a large drink – I had to argue and threaten to complain to the owner/company to get a refund
And she was VERY dismissive, disrespectful, argumentative and RUDE
No wonder the people who make and serve the food there do NOT care because the Mgr herself does Not – I suggest the owner hire a new manager who might try to train the people there to care about the folks they make and sell the food to

The worst service they give at Taco Bell. I ordered a superior taco and a cantina taco box meal. The delivery took more than ten minutes. The food came mixed up and messed up inside a bag. In addition, the staff at the counter was rude. If you want bad service and food that comes poorly served, go.

Went through the drive thru….. absolutely wonderful experience on a Sunday evening. Food was actually excellent, tortilla not dried out or toasted too long, was perfectly hot and fresh on my burrito, beans great consistency, not dried out. Way to go team!!!

Asked for nacho cheese sauce on my chalupa and of course, they don’t add it. So you charge me for nacho cheese, but don’t give me any. I think that’s stealing last time I checked. Promptly went back for a refund. If you can’t follow simple instructions, then you don’t deserve my money
