What a charming new sit-down restaurant that has been badly needed in Sanpete County for a long time. They serve three different entrees per day two that are on the menu, and one that’s a special of the day, what a fun idea. All the bread is homemade, the entrees are very good.

We came back a second time and tried the smothered chicken and meatloaf entrees, with the fish chowder, it was quite good.

We came back and tried the BBQ Turkey entree with fish chowder, salad and apple pie. Dang good!

Great homemade food, the best sit down restaurants in Manti. Dinner was great, the chicken noodle soup was complete with homemade noodles. The homemade rolls and jelly topped it off. I’m looking forward to coming back to try breakfast.

Simple. Cheap. Clean. Courteous.

Okay so. Adjust your speed and take a step back. Jump into a restaurant from a simpler time. Read the caulk board and order something delicious. Honestly, you don’t need a menu, there is like two things written there and it’s pointless.

Order dessert aswell.

This place is awesome. Don’t believe the low ratings – most of the single star ratings are because they don’t serve coffee. Somehow that makes their food and service a one star.

We had beef pot pie and a chicken fried steak. Both were made from scratch and after we ordered it, and it was obvious. Comfortable seats, inviting atmosphere, friendly staff. But remember, no coffee.

A very cute little restaurant with great food and great service. They have daily specials, so you can always try something new.. Their bread is baked fresh and crazy good on their sandwiches. They give you cookies to start the meal, which was unique and fun! I had their Chicken Salad sandwich with a side of their Chicken Cordon Bleu soup. Both were excellent! That soup was one of the best ones I have ever had, no exaggeration. To round off the meal, we had their berry crumble pie with ice cream. Once again, it was divine. I’ve also been told by a reliable source that they sometimes have live music on the weekends, so it’s a great atmosphere! No complaints and we hope to be back soon!

TLDR: Friendly staff, really good soup, ok dinner entrees.

We were served promptly and water was kept filled, and the wait for dinner wasn’t bad at all. Averaging about $12 a plate for dinner is a bit steep given the quality. Vegetables are most definitely frozen, and potatoes are most definitely freeze dried. The chicken and pork chops were both overcooked but not overly dry. Seasoning was good on both as well. Overall I’d say stick with the soup here; priced better and overall quality exceeded the entree by a fairly large margin. Worth a visit for a soup night for sure.

I got the chicken salad, broccoli cheddar soup, and an assortment of pies. The soup was creamy and warm and delicious, the sandwich was well seasoned and the bread was delicious, and the coconut cream pie was some of the best coconut cream pie I’ve ever had. The service was top notch, our waitress was friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend!

The waitress was the nicest and sweetest girl! She’s the only thing that makes me give more than one star. Not having coffee was a big deal for our party of 8. The menu also only has like 3-5 choices for breakfast. The food came out one plate at a time (and missing things like ketchup, salsa, whipped cream, sides of bacon) with 10 minutes AT LEAST in between plates. Some of us were finished before others were even served. I asked for an Italian soda and I’m not sure if the owners know what an Italian soda is… it was sprite with a thick layer of whipped cream on top. So thick you can’t stir it in. Overall just not the place to go when you’re coming from out of town. There are a lot of other cafes near by. The owners need to seek some further education about running a restaurant.
