Avoid at all cost. Received a cold hard extravaganza after an hour and a half of placing order. Small pizza what you get only thick crust no pizza whatsoever. The ingredients were not fresh. Pizza box full of grease. Bottom of dough all crusty.

Delivery driver was extremely rude! He claimed he had called me “20 times” I tried to show him my phone that I didn’t have any missed calls. He brushed me off and he didn’t want to hear it. He almost threw my drink at me: Not acceptable. He picked up the pizza boxes from the floor and handed it over aggressively pushing me back into my apartment. I called the store to let them know about what just happened instead the person answering the phone says ok what do you want me to do? I replied he needs to have better customer service. I don’t want anything in return. Just better customer service. I didn’t have to order from Dominos but my kids begged me for Dominos. The worst customer service ever.

After I reported it, the manager personally called me to apologize and handled the situation so kindly and professionally. He offered me a free pizza to make up for it, which I truly appreciated. One of the best experiences I have ever had with not just a Domino’s franchise, but of all pizza places I’ve ever visited. The employee Tanvir was incredibly kind and welcoming, greeting me kindly and asking how my day was. The pizza was cooked to perfection tasting just crispy enough on the crust, while also being delightfully cheesy and saucy. I placed a very large order for a work event which involved 30 pizzas, 14 salads, 8 16-pc bread bites, 12 32-piece bread bites, 6 9-pc marbled cookie brownies, and 12 2-liter sodas. They were not able to get everything ready in time, but were also able to accommodate an earlier delivery time for me. The event went great and everyone really enjoyed the food. Thank you!

When I got my order the bread I bought was only put in the toaster and wasn’t cooked all the way and the people who work there are so nasty they didn’t wear gloves and scratched their head and the touch the people’s food.
