The service was not good. We order a pizza will less sauce and it came back with lots of sauce. They did make us a small pizza with less sauce on it, which was good. The service was slow. When the food came we had to move the plates to make room for her to lay the food down. The waitress we had seen like she didn’t care, but the other waitresses where very nice. It felt like the place was run by teenagers. On the flip side, the pizza and wings where good. The items on the pizza tasted fresh. If the service was better we would come back.

The pizza is delicious, but pricey. Great if you have coupons. Didn’t dine inside but I did carry out. This location has the back of a fire truck built into the wall so you can stand on it. You can try on fireman outfits and even buckle up in the seats. Pretty cool for the kids.

We reserved on of the party rooms for my son’s 4th birthday in April 2016. The party was a total success! The service was outstanding, food was really tasty and the atmosphere is second to none. All of the kids were throughly entertained. (The adults had fun too) The staff went out of their way to accommodate us. I highly recommend Hook & Ladder Pizza for your child’s next birthday!

The first time I loved the pizza, so of course I couldn’t wait to go back. Second pizza had minimal toppings and I thought ‘it happens’. Third pizza was extremely burnt, unfortunately I do not like burnt foods of any kind but again thought ‘it happens’. Fourth pizza was not edible because it so salty. I kept wondering what happened to the place I went to the first time…. Not a lot of great pizza places in Ozark and this is not one either.

We had to wait 42 minutes for a medium pizza. The pizza was ok on my husbands half (he got meat lovers) but my side was not good. I ordered extra cheese and could see the dough so I did not get what I paid for. We also thought the pants they make the waitresses wear are ridiculous. Most of them acted like were having to drag 20 extra pounds around. I don’t think we will go back.

My husband and I went to “Hook and Ladder” Pizza at 15th and Hwy 14… I’m sure you have seen the cool Firetruck in the parking lot next to Goodwill.
The Pizza is hand tossed with very fresh toppings and the crust is great. I’m not into big fat fluffy crust. I prefer thin crust, this was in-between.
The theme on the inside is of course Firehouse design. A very cool play area for the kids with actual seats and seat belts from a firetruck, the water supply panel with all kinds of handles and knobs to push and pull. They even have fireman shirts and pants the kids can wear!
In other words …this is a place you can go and visit with your spouse or friends while the kids play… The kids that were with our played the entire time we were there. We had to make them come sit down and eat! It was great for kids and adults which is very rare….
Oh and the pizza was good too!

The service is exceptional! The pizza is delicious! Our kids enjoy pretending to be firefighters in their kids’ area while waiting for our pizza. Hook & Ladder Pizza is our favorite family restaurant.
