As a gluten free gal, I have to give all my props to the Firehouse Subs staff at 75th and Metcalf! I ordered a pickup order and they had my sub in a completely different bag as the other sub in my order so that there wouldn’t be any cross contamination. The staff was so friendly and amazing! And the gluten free bread is to die for! So much better than other place’s gf bread choice.
