Absolutely abysmal. My fiance has been staying in this hospital for a few days now due to a gallbladder surgery while pregnant. They had no issue with her ordering a regular entree + an entree Caesar salad. Then we get an absolutely awful person coming to take her orders named “ray jose,” who has been rude to her and denied her the entree Caesar salad. Which we’ve NEVER had happen at TG or allenmore. She’s rude, interjects her opinion and personally denies my fiance her favorite food option WHILE PREGNANT. I’m requesting speaking to her supervisor as we speak.

The reason for the low stars is the servers behind the line have very cold people skills. They do not say “good morning” or even a ” hello”.
