Loved this place! The service was personable and friendly. I was introduced to this place and ended up going 2 days in a row. The food was made fresh, presented well, tasted fresh, was absolutely delicious! I enjoyed every thing. The tropical conch salad on point! The fritters were perfectly cooked, fish fingers were well seasoned and crispy, and the oxtails were tender and super flavorful. recommend anyone who likes conch or Caribbean food to give this place a try.

We celebrated my mother’s birthday here. I thought we would take the food to go but the environment was so welcoming and calm that we stayed. As a Miami native I can say the food was amazing! The conch was fresh, seasoned, and all portions were more than enough!

This is hands-down the best Bahamian restaurant so far, & I’ve been to most… this is the first! one to compete with my aunty Mac & cheese. It tasted like my grandma & auntie made the food. First time my daughter tried & she kept eating coming back for more & she’s new to food & very picky. Made me proud to be a Bahamian again… Because man some be slacking.. please keep up the GREAT WORK & don’t change!

I love this place!!! It reminds me of Miami so much. This is how I even know about Conch Heaven. Coming to Georgia and people barely know about conch, I thought I would have to travel home or to the Bahamas to get. When I realized they had 2 locations in Georgia I was excited. I have always come here as a Miami Native and Bahamian decent and never have I received service and food like this time! I order a seafood combo with Conch and Shrimp! There was literally NO CONCH in my container but crumbs! I took it back up to the counter where the guy was TRULY Rude and told me no that’s Conch! For $29.50 it was not worth it! I was like I know what Conch looks like I am from Miami he was like I am from the Bahamas, sir so are my people but what does that have to do with anything! You should have made it right! They won’t have to worry about getting my business anymore! I will be cooking it at home! Mind you I spent well over $55! I don’t know if he is the owner but you’re rude!

I tried conch on a cruise to the Bahamas and feel in love with it. Never did I think I would find it in Atlanta, but I did. This is a hidden gem and the food was awesome. Fresh like on the island. Try the cracked conch and conch fritters both are great. Will be returning.

Idk about the reviews from 5 months ago but as of now Monday Aug 11,2025 lunch time round 3:00 I had got some oxtails rice and peas and double cabbage now I come here pretty often but it’s been a min but they have a new guy working at the desk he is very sweet and warm an welcoming an doesn’t mind explaining the menu to you an they also have new cooks in the back so the food isn’t gonna taste like whoever was cooking 2 years ago whoever was cooking two years ago cooks extremely well but now that they have new cooks the food is still good but if your a loyal customer you can tell it’s somebody new cooking but they new updated version of the oxtails an cabbage by the new generation cooks is pretty good I been coming here for about 4 years especially if I have the extra money and I love it oxtail lunch with one side is 28 but if you get the oxtail dinner with 3 sides it’s like 31 dollars but you get a lot on your plate also

The food was great. There’s a need to put the sauce for the guava duff on the side (separate container) for to-go orders…it is sure to be lost in transit. I didn’t care for the pepper flakes in the food. The conch fritters were really “frittering” and “conchy.”

I almost never leave bad food reviews. I just don’t go back. This was the first time I ever saw a restaurant serve me something where I felt insulted and they should be embarrassed. $17 for two pork chops that smelled like burnt grease. The fries I didn’t even try. Because my son drove from Fayetteville to get them I took one bite. They taste worse than they look in these pictures. Look how over cooked they are!!! They were over seasoned like the cook was trying to get this place closed down!!!! I just dont understand how you can put your name on food so nasty that it cant be eaten.

Quality. I ordered the curry chicken, chicken souse and fish stew and I have never tasted food so bad before. The fish stew tasted like flour like literally. No seasoning! The chicken
Souse was tasteless with a litle tang. And the curry chicken wasn’t currying at all! They were wing sections which was odd. Save your money for food you can actually eat I feel so cheated!
