Eat here almost every day, the staff are great and irreplaceable as far as day to day operations. Very turned off so to speak as of late, they have taken control away from the sandwich artists it terms or serving sizes and treated them like children and have measured everything out using small plastic portion containers which are vastly uneven and don’t even make sense. I love the location and the people but sometimes I want to spend my money elsewhere.

My husband and I visited the Subway at the Speedway store on Chambers road in Big Flats during our dinner break. Kyle made the sandwiches and they were absolutely perfect. We visit this subway once or twice a week and Kyle always goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy. His friendly, stellar service made our dinner break very enjoyable. The world needs more Kyles.

Stopped in at 855pm tonight and the staff said they were closed when the menu and ad online says 9pm , all the meat and cheese was still loaded in the trays , sure looked open to me . Not impressed won’t be back , will find some other place that goes by the closing time and wants my business . When your open your open and ready to serve but not at this location !!!
