My wife and I stopped at this store yesterday around noon. I have to say it has been a very long time since I had a whopper this good. It reminded of the whoppers I used to get when I was much younger. The bun was fresh, the meat was flavored and cooked perfectly, the fries were fresh and really hot and good. Then when I got home I read that BK had upgraded the food on the internet due to feedback form customers. I now have a favorite place to get my fast food. Well done BK. Much better than the “Clown” food, the “Mom” food, the “Apple” food, the “Queen” food.Also the staff was very polite, will be seeing them again soon.

This is consistently the slowest fast food establishment in the state. The amount of staff turnover is insane. If we all stop going here maybe something else will pop up. The drive through shouldn’t take 30 minutes with 3+ people working.

The food is great , and the place never gets crowded. Clean atmosphere, but I had to give it a 4 star because the employee forgot to ask me if I wanted some dipping sauce for my fries and chicken fries. Fries aren’t too tasty without any dipping sauce.

I’m leaving a review on Google because there is absolutely no way to leave any information through the Burger King app for exactly what my issues are. To start I placed my mobile order about seven minutes later I arrived at the store and had to wait almost 10 minutes to get my food and no they were not busy Because I waited 10 minutes. One would think that it was freshly made. It was not. When I got home, I opened my order to have fries that clearly had been sitting in the window too long. My burger was burnt, and it was not the way I ordered it. I attempted to go to the Burger King app and submit this feedback and spend about 10 minutes trying to do that with no results. Horrific experience. And I will say that at this particular Burger King I have pre-ordered three times and all three times I have had to wait up to 10 minutes to get my food The point to a mobile order so that I don’t have to wait my food.

The store’s late night crew struggles to get orders out. And then they end up handing out wrong food and expect you to sit around and wait for the right stuff to be made. Seems very unorganized after 10:00 p.m.

Being disappointed before for getting cold food every time I gave it another try so I order 16 nuggets for my kids, and got crumbs countable for nuggets, extremely small and thin..how can they serve this? Definitely never going back!

Visited the drive through and for some reason they make you wait at the cashier window until your order is ready. No cars waiting at the pick up window and you still have to wait at the cashier window. The only reason I could see for this is they don’t want you to see them making your food. Our food was cold, and just flat out nasty. I have not eaten here in a year or more and definitely won’t be returning.

I downloaded the BK app and tried it out and it worked pretty good. Some stores don’t do curbside service and some do and I wasn’t aware of that so I did go in. It would have been just faster to just go in then to use the app. Worth the investment if you’re collecting crowns which is their version of crypto. We’ll see how it goes.

Will not be returning, ordered three burgers received two. Had to return for my personal burger. I ordered a double whopper with cheese no onions, I am allergic to them. I got a double whopper no cheese with onions.
