What I ordered is not what I received. Highly disappointing. Steak quesadilla yet the steak was placed on the side and I ended up trying to stuff it in my quesadilla. The meat was tough, bland and cold. What I received looked more like a grilled cheese. My chips were stale and extremely salty. I have never eaten a chip and spit it right out. Not worth the wait and I won’t be returning. I was wrong for not checking my food before I left. FYI could only order online although I was physically at the location.

This chipotle location is absolutely disgusting! The dining area, the food serving area, every inch of this place is dirty! No one cleans.. it’s no way there should be old food caked around the serving area where the meals are being prepared! Food on tables from prior customers! Trash over flowing! I’ve seen this twice. On top of it all, they were out of lettuce, mild salsa and chicken had a wait! This place is managed poorly!

I literally hate coming to this location!!! They never have anything. How you do not have hard shell tacos 3 days in a row, talking about they go fast! It is only 1:00 pm, yall open up at 11:00. Literally 3 days in a row I travel there for tacos to leave with nothing. Since they didn’t have hard shells, I said okay, can I get a quesadilla, oh you have to order that in the app. You know what, I will spend my money somewhere else. They should’ve made my quesadilla for the inconvenience of not having hard shells, but it’s okay, I will not be back at this location. Enough is enough, wasting gas and time!

I’ve visited this location twice, most recently 1/3 at 8:30pm (1.5 hours before close). They were out of lettuce, corn, pico, and fajita veggies. Since they were out of all of these toppings I asked if they could add guacamole for free. They were not willing. I ordered 2 bowls, one of which didn’t have sour cream but it was added by mistake, when I made the employee aware of the mistake he proceeded to dig his gloved hand into the bowl to dig out the sour cream, no apology, no offer for an alternative.

Despite all this the most disheartening part of my experience was how dirty the food preparation area appeared to be, (Beans mixed in with rice, meat mixed in with beans) and caked up salsas and spilled food all over the serving line. This was consistent with my first visit to this location in December.

I’ve been a Chipotle loyalist for a decade and have never had a poor experience at any other location across the country but this location’s standards for cleanliness, quality and customer service are far below the rest. The management team responsible for this location should be embarrassed. I will not be returning to this location.

This past Sunday , August 9th My uncle and I visited this chipotle on Haverford Avenue. Upon arrival yes, it was busy with three other guest ahead of us. However, the Food table in which the burritos and bowls are made was extremely caked with all sorts of sauces, meats, lettuces and other Ingredients. I asked the Young lady, if she could wipe down the counter as the burrito for the guest in front of me had touched those ingredients.

The young lady went and got a wet rag And barely wipe the table clean, neither was a Dry towel used to clean the wet surface. Asking then for a manager, the young lady with the long braids who stated she was the manager, asked if I could give them time as there was a long line.
I mean I was a part of that long line, about to pay for an item that I desired to eat which is the reason for my presence, and should be served with the utmost Cleanliness.

I then proceeded to ask the young lady positioned in making the bowl or burrito, if she could grab two pieces of foil so that my burrito would not touch the now residue of wet food that was not thoroughly wiped!

A gentleman then came with a towel And spray bottle rubbing and circular motion, the spots on the table But did not thoroughly clean once again. I literally just walked out because I refuse to pay for food in which is not offered in a clean environment! The total lack and disregard of my request as a paying customer is absurd.

Thank you for the unsanitary employees working that day who could not meet a basic request to ensure my health and safety to enjoy such a delicious savory stir fry. I took my money to Honeygrow and had a lovely lunch!

Please note pictures provided after the lady allegedly wiped down and during the 2nd alleged wipe down and request of two foil wraps and putting the foil wraps on top of the wet surface to slide down to gather a wet residue of whatever was already on the dirty rag, the solution etc. I think not!!!

The food is delicious when the food is done and we’ll stocked! I don’t like when you get the bottom of barrel food when it look like they don’t refill fast enough. I came around 1:35 pm I thought it will still be lunchtime and I want a bowl but they barely had anything in the pans. So I settle for a bag of chips and that 2 of they good guacamole.

Health code violation waiting to happen. Employee put a bag of raw chicken on the tortillas being served to customers. Looked right at me and just threw the top tortilla away. Every single table in the dining area had food scraps on it. I counted 6 employees behind the counter…… im no princess but this place genuinely grossed me out. Will not be back

*UPDATE* so, let me straight. You let 3 employees jump in my face, one poking me in my face because I wanted a refund after they made the order wrong. They had me in a corner, I pointed to the camera and one started throwing stuff,I had to call the police and make a report, I made SEVERAL COMPLAINTS TO CORPORATE WITH NO RESPONSE AND THEY ARE STILL WORKING THERE? I always love my Chipotle. I got a double chicken salad with fajita vegetables, 3 different kinds of salsa, cheese and romain lettuce. It was good but Chipotle, if you ever read this, PLEASE LOWER YOUR PRICES! I spent over 20$ for a salad that wasn’t all that big.
