I don’t understand what’s with all the bad reviews. I’ve never had any issues with this place, service or food wise. food is always on point, i walk in greet them and grab my food and leave. quick and easy.

The restaurant at this location has improved quite a bit. I would love it if the prices were a bit more reasonable for the quality and serving sizes offered. Otherwise, I hope the operation keeps improving and keeps all customers in mind according to the demographic and other options and competition in the area for affordable dining fare.
I would recommend the chicken wings and buffalo wings and also the wedges and fries. The pizzas and meat pies are sometimes over-saturated and the subs are also sometimes the same as the bread becomes mushy. The desserts are usually good to go but lacking in variety. No fountain drinks here, just a couple refrigerators full of bottled sodas, juices and water. Which is A-OK. Just a bit costly.
Orders are usually fulfilled in a timely manner. And to not waste any extra time waiting- it helps to place an order ahead. Even if dining in. I will keep this place as a go-to unless something drastically changes. I will keep updating as time goes on. I will give them 4-stars overall.

Ordered delivery a while back and they delivered the wrong food. No big deal but we opened the food thinking it was ours and realized it was incorrect. When I called back to tell them, they wanted the food we had opened back to bring to the right house & do the same with my food. Grossed me out so stopped ordering delivery from there.
I called in an order for pick up. Ordered a sub & asked for extra sauce on it. Sub was drenched in marinara & dripping. Gross. It was like they were mad at me & punished my sub.
Stayed away for about 2 years. Just picked up a chicken caesar wrap. Dry chicken & no ceasar dressing. I tried but I’m done.

Got a ceaser wrap without chicken even though online it doesn’t even give you the option to add chicken but it says “extra meat” implying there’s already meat on it. Regardless it was nasty because it was DRENCHED in sauce making it all soggy then I called about the issue and their suggestion was to “buy a new one.” First and last time I ever come here.

The quality and flavoring of the steak in the steak and cheese sub was weird. It did not have a good flavor. I ordered a side of ranch, and it’s not home-made either and is the cheap re-bottled sour stuff. It was over a dollar to get a cup of it too, which wasn’t worth it. Later that day, I also didn’t feel very good. I’m pretty sure it was the steak with the way it looked and tasted. I’d steer clear of this place for the steak and cheese subs. Maybe some of the other items are better, but the kitchen cleanliness is questionable with how I felt after eating that sub. Flavor and food quality are the most important to me, so the fact the dining area was nice with nice staff didn’t matter. The prices also where not very cheap either.

I order from this place all.the time and give good tips. I called bc they sent the wrong item bc they updated their system and it put fries in instead of fried pickles. Just tried to explain the discrepancy but when the woman answered the phone she couldn’t figure out what I was telling her. Im done spending money there I would never pay 8 for a LG fry. Anyway she didn’t care to fix it so.im all set with ordering anymore
