I stopped with my son for lunch, we wanted to order the buffalo tender basket. My son likes buffalo, I do not. I asked if the sauce could be put on the side, the cashier at the window insisted that she could not sell to me with the sauce on the side and that the sauce has to come on the tenders.. very upsetting experience, insane to even be told such a thing.. A very sad way to lose a customer for good, and earn a big huge NEGATIVE Review. I’d recommend educating the staff, on how to accommodate a customers simple request or else your going to lose a lot of business. Good luck!

Not sure what’s going on lately! Every time I order a Strawberry/Banana Blizzard lately, there’s no chunks of strawberries in it (only tiny specks, from maybe the juice) and it never even fully taste like strawberries or has the right color. Have you become cheap and stopped putting in the strawberries? This is happening repeatedly at this location! If this is the way it is going to be, just let me know so I don’t get it anymore!!

This DQ is a Grill & Chill. I like it! The food is always tasty and the service is always great. Very nice employees. It’s kind of out of the way from my house but what can ya do? My photo is of a cool car I was behind at the deive-thru. This location doesn’t have Orange Julius, if you were wondering.

Stopped by to get a birthday cake for my daughter – rainbow ish , and one of the associates went out back and brought us a cake with all the colors. She also did an amazing job writing on it with all different colors too . Thank you

The management team at this Dairy Queen does one heck of a job! Their crew is fast and friendly. What is also impressive is the detail of cleanliness in this location! I have complemented the staff here many times on just how clean their store is.

Overall was ok. Online advertising was a $7.00 meal. Nope !$12.+ they dont do that deal so got a bacon double combo & fish sandwichmeal combo. 2 of us to eat 23.00 Very clean inside. Didnt want to sit in the sun under the glass roof. So waited a couple minutes & got a seat.

Stopped in to pick up an ice cream cake , service was quick & friendly , price was good & it was yummy…so were the cheese curds ! Everyone at the party we took it to loved it ! Will definitely visit DQ again for birthday cake needs & maybe try some of their other menu items in the future !

Not sure what the issue was but this was my first time trying to use the rewards program and I was presented a code to give the cashier to get a discount on Ice Cream. They told me to scan the barcode but I told them there is none it says to give the cashier the code number presented. I showed them and the manager, she was extremely rude and refused to even try anything or help and just kept saying to scan the barcode or we can’t do anything. The cashier finally said he found where to enter the code and I got my discount but made the entire situation upsetting. I was extremely nice about it too but she was just absolutely horrible about it for no reason.
They had also forgotten about my kids meal ice cream and I refused to go back up and ask due to how the manager handled the situation prioror but what made it worse was the crew was huddle up in the front talking but they kept looking over at us which makes us believe that we were being talked about like we did something wrong just because we wanted to use the apps copoun.
We finished our meal and left, what soured a meal we tend to enjoy was just horrible customer service from the manager and to be in a position like that and act and treat a paying customer like they are causing you trouble for trying to use the App and a code instead of trying to figure out how to use the code or see why this happened but made me to be some jerk I’ll probably never come back.
I had figured out why I got a code on my own from messing with the app, it is setup a bit confusing, like most other apps you either use the deal in a mobile order like it says or get a code to give which is why I hit code, once you do there is no going back as on the page you hit mobile order or code there is a barcode to scan which the app didn’t make clear. A simple mistake but something DQ app team can simplify and fix by saying use in mobile order or in store then instore code and barcode is given but the app issue isn’t on the store, that’s a corporate issue that needs to be addressed.

Don’t use the DQ app for this location if you’re using a coupon or discount. They tell you AFTER you get there and wait inside that they “don’t do discounts here” and they have a paper ready to show you in case you don’t believe them. Instead of going with, honoring it one time but telling the customer that going forward, for their information, that location doesn’t participate in promotions on the app, instead, they just alienated a customer with poor customer service. I’m fat and diabetic, so I don’t need their ice cream anyway, but thanks for making it easy for me. Definitely will not return.
