The theme behind this brewery was really cool, conspiracies. It is written in some places that if you know, you know. Their beer was interesting and you will find out why later in the review.

Their hazy IPA called chemtrails had a really good hoppy flavor but it was missing the chemtrails, or haziness in the beer to really be called a hazy. After talking to one of the owners, James, he explained it was because of the hops that were used and I was given a trial of another sample that was hazy. I tried their *Strawberry Bruceisfried and Blubury Brucifer which were their sours. They both for sure had a strong flavor corresponding to what they were made of.

The reason that was explained to as why this beer tasted a little different, the water. They are one of the few locations in Southern California and for sure in the high dessert to utilize the process of structured water. When I was given a glass full of just water I did not understand why but once it was explained and I got to taste it, I was blown away by the taste of such clean water.

Their food is super reasonably priced and their wing sauces are infused with beer as well. Highly recommend this brewery if you are in the high dessert.

I stopped by about mid day during the week. I just wanted to see what this place was all about. The inside atmosphere is pretty nice. Although I think adding some pool tables might bring in more people. They do have a jukebox, they also post upcoming events on FB, such as love music. They also do live dancing on certain days as well. All their beers are home made it brewed. And they also offer food which I didn’t try the day I visited. The bartender on staff at the time was great. I believe her name was Kaley. I did pay around $50 for four beers, but they do automatically add a gratuity charge to your bill.

A Hidden Gem with Bold Brews & Incredible Bites!!

I can’t say enough good things about this place! From the moment you walk in, the vibe is warm, laid-back, and full of good energy. The beer selection is seriously impressive—whether you’re into crisp IPAs, rich stouts, or something a little more experimental, there’s something on tap that’ll surprise and satisfy you.

But the real standout? The food. This isn’t your typical bar fare—every dish we tried was packed with flavor and clearly made with care. The pretzel bites with beer cheese were addictive, the smash burger was juicy perfection infused with the slight flavoring beer and the wings? Next-level. I’m a wing connoisseur, and these breaded wings are in my top 5. If you only can get one item, get the wings, you will not be disappointed.

Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable, happy to offer pairing suggestions and samples. It’s the kind of place where you come for the beer and end up staying for the food, the people, and the chill, welcoming vibe. Already planning my next visit.
I had Brandon as my bartender and gets 5 stars, I hope he’s there when I come back.

They even have an upstairs section, so you can have a better vantage point of the live bands that they periodically have. Plus an outdoor balcony if you want to cool off and get some fresh air.

Come support a local business and tell them Simon sent you.

Highly recommend!

Tried this place out finally since its just a few minutes from our house, they had live music and they were great! The beers were okay, and their margarita was better than the store mixes, but lacked flavor. I had their version of the Philly cheese steak and im not gonna lie, it was damn good! We also tried out their sampler apps and they were WAY over-seasoned!!! If they tone down on the seasoning they would have been really good! I wish they had a sour beer, and a true red beer, but overall a decent place.

There for a private birthday party in the upstairs area. Didn’t really get to see what it is about. Good craft beer, looks like some CBD products at special times? Shuffle Board table in upstairs area, clean looking kitchen. Sooo,
