Food: Serverely Burnt!! see pic. No walls to the cupcake pizzas. Burnt pieces were breaking off, as the cashier was slinging it across the counter w/ Gusto! Notice how they are all over the box. The cashier did that. Not myself.
Service: Utterly Disgraceful!! Atmosphere: DISRESPECTFUL to Customer (me), bc I wanted food that’s not burnt. Rude, obnoxious, jus nasty! attitude. Yes, it was that bad. Go here if you want burnt food, bad Svc, and disrespect!! I’d give them -5 stars, if I could. I did not buy the burnt cupcake pizzas. This is the 2nd time I ordered them. My previous review – a diff store., is on this acct. This was So awful, I did take a pic. You can go thru my reviews, I do not usually post pics. I Have Now!!

Horrid, slow, dirty look filled customer service, employees have major attitude.
Tried to overcharge me significantly for food.
Extramost bestest pepperoni($10 on menu) with jalapeños(apparently over $5 For them‽‽‽)
Stuffed crazy bread($5 on menu)
Cup of sauce(unmarked anywhere in store)

Giving me an almost $27 bill I had no interest in paying to a buisness which appeared to detest it’s own customers.

The crazy bread isn’t the only crazy thing here, how they operate is insane.

I hate to say, but the quality of the food was very disappointing. Barely warm. Prob too old. Not even greeted for a couple min, even though 3 guys are just talking. I tried to get the pep crunchy crust on the app. Couldn’t. I tried to order at the counter. He said, on line only. It didn’t say that on the commercial. He saw me at my car trying to order. No help. Settler for a take and go. I shouldn’t have bought a thing. Lunch time 3 months ago was great. Last night, NOT! I’ll never go at night again.

Not sure what’s going on at this location, but it sure isn’t quality. Here’s the visibly dry and overdone pepperoni puffs I just ordered. You can see that one isn’t even a puff, it looks like just a bite of a puff. What also can’t be seen in this pic, is the quite flat state of the other two puffs. Why is pizza so hard? This doesn’t seem to be their calling in life.

Worst experience ever.

I placed an order for a supreme deep dish and 3 meat pizza, but when I got there, they said someone took my order and they couldn’t do anything about it. All 3 employees looked at me like it was my fault, almost like I had planned this or set them up, and said they wouldn’t do anything.

I had to basically beg them to get me 2 hot and ready pizzas.

This is not how you do business, this is not how you get returning customers, I filled out the complaint form and I will make sure I spread the word about them wherever I go.

Most pizza places I know if that had happened they would’ve been like just wait, we’ll make two more. But the fact that they thought I would be OK with just walking out with nothing is just incredibly insane to me, especially in this economy.

Disappointing since I am from Metro Detroit area and have been a lifelong Little Caesars customer. NEVER AGAIN!! Dominos for life!

Was really looking forward to having little Caesars after being in the hospital put the food was burnt and following a part after taking food out to the car notice that the crazy bread was missing took the receipt went right back inside and then the guy wanted to argue that he put the crazy bread in the slot with the rest of the order when we said no you did not and shut him the receipt he slammed the receipt on the crazy bed instead of across the counter

Staff was increasingly rude. I called in 3 times and was hung up on and the third time was told my order would be ready in 10 minutes, when we arrived the order had not been put in. After waiting for 30 minutes I asked to speak to a manager to clarify and was DENIED service. After another 10 minutes I went to ask for a refund and 3 people were helped in front of me kindly asking for their help. It’s Christmas so I was really trying to cut slack for the stressed staff but no other customers were treaded this way (we watched 10+ customers get helped) our order was simple and they only handed it to me when I demanded a refund loudly in front of other customers. I understand frustration but this type of deliberateley rude treatment of customers is unacceptable and without a doubt ruinedwhat was supposed to be a holiday treat. If the manager wants to talk id be happy to hear their side of this. Either way, I will NEVER be treated like that again and hence refuse to step foot in that store ever again. I feel bullied.

Stole my money.
I placed an order last Friday for timed delivery, so that my food would arrive after I got off of work. The DoorDash driver showed up to the location, and ended up “cancelling” our order (presumably because they had shown up to the store well before our scheduled window). I called the store once my timed delivery window had ended, and they let me know that the pizza was prepared and we could come pick it up. I really didn’t mind this, but when we got there, the store refused to give me my food, which I had already paid for, and told me to call DoorDash. I didn’t really understand this, as I placed my order through the little Caesar’s website directly, but called DoorDash anyways. DoorDash then told me there is nothing that they can do, and that they will “try” to get me a refund. I reordered my food since I was hungry, paid, and left. However, I was never refunded for my initial order and nearly a week has passed. This felt like a complete scam, and I will not be getting little ceasars again.

placed a large order ($100+) for delivery for a youth event. The food was fine, but the delivery driver forgot all four of my ordered 2L sodas. The delivery driver told me to call the business and ask why he wasn’t given sodas. I called the business and they told me it’s the drivers fault for not getting the sodas from the cooler as instructed and to call him back….

Baffling that I became the middleman to try and get something i paid for. I never did get my sodas. Wasted $15+ on drinks i never even received. Had a pizza party for my youth sports team with no soda.

Ordered the lunch combo today. What was handed to me instead was Pepperoni Cheese Bread after a 15-minute wait. Not a single drop of tomato sauce to be found.
The 20oz soda was also warm. Like room temperature warm. I tried to find a soda that was cool, and not a single bottle was cold to the touch.
