I went to the Burger King today for my mother in Jackson, Ms on State Street. Located across the street from Krystal at 4:02 pm for some chicken nuggets for my elderly mother. The lady ask me to pull down behind vehicle waiting. I ended up getting out vehicle at 2:24pm trying to figure out what was going on. I ended up going inside Burger King to demand refund. I feel no one should have to wait this long at any fast food restaurant. The lady that help me was also very snobbish. Very poor customer service with attitude

We and my work partner went here and got 2 meals and we asked for ketchup and we didn’t get it in the bag. So no problem I walked into the store and it smelled like marijuana , ok…. I asked for ketchup and some mustard and she grabbed 2 packs and I said we got a lot of food may we have several packs each and she looked at me and scoffed at me and then just walked off. So I left the store. They were horrible to us just for trying to get some ketchup with our food. When I opened my bag the food was about ice cold and I just threw it away and then went to raising cains. I will never eat there again. Please don’t support this business , they are not friendly at all

The manger there just big and sorry and sloppy like the food! Food always cold always pulling cars down for the smallest thing food never fresh. Also forget they pulled u up and want u to come in get food.

I usually dont leave review like this but it have to be said the Burger King on State Street needs some work, as with food and Customer Service. I order breakfast and the Ice Coffee taste like its old for the day before and I ask for medium she gave me a small and told the guy who brought out my food that I didnt say up size I just left with the drink due to have to be at work. My food taste so so not so great.

The food is standard BK fare. The service, however, leaves everything to be desired.
Staff can be cold, or even downright rude at times. If you go through the drive-thru in the evening, expect to be asked to “pull forward” so they can keep rhe serivce times low but inaccurate. Some months back, there was a wonderful young lady there who tried to help me to the best of her ability — with a smile even. She’s the only thing keeping that rating above a 1.

The drive thru isn’t working! I went to the window and placed my order. The employee’s where extremely loud. I could barely hear the young lady that took my order at the window. The young lady taking my order was the best part of today’s vist. After a 20min wait the car behind me received their food. So I proceeded inside to check on my order. Once I received it my burger was cold and old fries to. They offered to remake it but I declined. Because why serve me old food to begin with!

Had to wait in line for a while before they acknowledged us. The man in front of us left before getting his order taken so I’m guessing he was there for even longer. Once we got out order, all 8 of our mozerella fries were hollow. No cheese at all. Then they gave us Buffalo instead of marinara sauce. Complete waste of money. I’d give 0 stars if I could

Took 25 minutes to get 2 double cheeseburgers. Rude staff, and, very sketchy people loitering in the parking lot. Oh, and, the double cheeseburgers were hard and cold. Total waste of money.
