Had a really disappointing and unexpected experience. Ordered the Patatas Bravas via website and as stated on the menu: Crispy new potatoes with lemon-garlic aioli + chermoula.

When we got our item it was completely different from the menu photo and not at all crispy. It wasn’t terrible but wasn’t what we wanted. Had we known it wasn’t crispy, we wouldn’t have gotten it.

Please use real photos of your food.

Truly some of my favorite food in the Bay Area! The melts are so so good and the curry noodles are out of this world. The veg and vegan dishes are incredible.

If you really wanna do it right, you’ll visit the Pleasure Principle brunch pop-up at Red Bay Headquarters before heading here for lunch!

Food was dry and tasted old, looked nasty inside. I swear my potatoes were moldy but hard to tell. Staff was nice but that’s about it.
