Would not honor the bogo offer for app ordering because I claimed a reward of a free cookie, that voided the bogo!? Per their employee! …it was a reward for prior orders! Typically we order & are very pleased with Botkins store, we will be returning there in the future, the quality of our same subs are much better there, we will not be returning to NB store.

Sub was cold by the time I got it. Because my food was made the same time as a dude with 5 subs then instead of getting my bill & getting me outta there, they took care of him first & he used a coupon for every sub resulting in a 10 minute cashier session.

Chicken was freezing cold. Who wants freezing cold chicken?Ordered terriaki chicken sub & worker asked if wanted bread toasted, I said no. Then I asked because I didn’t see him warm up chicken, if chicken is warm already, he said yes, it comes precooked. I thought was strange but nevertheless I trusted his word. Jokes on me, when I got home and took a bite out of sandwich, chicken was freezing cold. I had to warm up freezing cold chicken in microwave. Will not go there again nor recommend anyone else. Was my 1st time there and will be my last!

Staff is friendly, but I get a different experience and a different price every time I go. Sometimes I get one scoop of tuna on my salad, sometimes two. Sometimes I get my tuna nicely laid on top of the salad, sometimes it gets tard smashed into a pulp. Sometimes my lunch is $5, sometimes it’s $6.50 the next day for the exact same thing. You never know!

Just want to give a quick shout out to Laney Hemmelgarn and Emma Olberding. Every time I go into Subway and they are there I get excited, because they are simply the best workers. They are the best at making the subs and always have a smile on their faces. I would go as far to say they need a raise.
