I made it a habit of trying Triple D restaurants when I go on vacation and I’m glad I decided to stop by Outrigger Pizza. It is a small food truck creating amazing pizza. We tried 3 different pies and they were all great, the Lilikoi Kahlua pizza was my favorite. Will stop by again.

Found this gem on our last day in Maui. Otherwise we would have ate here multiple times. We got the LILIKOI PORK & highly recommend it. Boys loved their half cheese half pepperoni pizza too. Picnic tables under the shade. Gal who helped us was very nice. Will definitely come back.

Outrigger Pizza serves true wood-fired pizza with a great vibe. The sauce they use is unique—I haven’t had anything quite like it before. We ordered the spicy chicken pizza, and it was excellent; I’m already looking forward to trying more.

There’s a reason Outrigger Pizza was on Triple D… It’s absolutely amazing pizza!! The atmosphere super cool and the customer service was great. I highly dout I’ll be in Maui again, but if I end up there, I’ll be heading here!! Fyi: It’s tucked back in food truck lot with other food trucks around. Also tons of seating throughout the lot.

We’ve eaten the pizza from these folks at Wailuku First Friday as well as some events at the MACC.
FOOD:
Lilikoi Pork Garlic Pizza
Flavor was alright, though I couldn’t detect the lilikoi flavor, which might be a good thing? The crust is soft and chewy.
Pepperoni Cheese Pizza
This was delish! I liked it better than the Lilikoi version. I’m more into mainstream toppings.
SERVICE:
They’re always friendly at the Friday event. The wait for food can be a bit long due to them serving fresh pies, but they even went out on a limb to write down a friend’s cell number and called her when her order was ready.
OVERALL:
Really good pizza, a bit pricey but super fresh.

Really quick and laid back place to get a bite. Available seating for about 10 people. They had three options to drink. Pepsi, diet Pepsi, and water. They have a small brick oven set up so the pizza turned out amazing. I’m a visitor to hawaii but will always remember this spot as an option when I visit. I ordered the veggie pizza with pepperoni for $17. Demolished the whole pizza so I’m happy with the results.

Great pizza! Took a while getting prepared & they didn’t have a good topping to pizza ratio. I had the mushroom pizza and there wasn’t even one per bite. Still worth checking out! Decent seating!
