The staff at this restaurant was extremely rude when I called to follow up on a delivery order that was significantly delayed.
They were unhelpful, refused to assist with the issue, and put me on hold repeatedly. Additionally, there appeared to be a significant language barrier, which made communication impossible.
We are never ordering from this place again and would strongly advise anyone else not to order from here. Terrible customer service.

The calentado and batidos were good. Typical Colombian food. Not a huge place so it’s good if you’re looking for a chill vibe compared to the bigger franchises down the road.
Just make sure to have cash for tips as you can’t leave tip on the credit card.

A friend ordered an empanada from here and after she took a few bites she found this cockroach in her food. Disgusting, this place has 0 hygiene. You walk in there and there are cockroaches walking all over the counters. I have no idea how these people are still open.

Food was good. Orders were correct. Server did not provide much great service to give a 5-star rating, but overall the visit was pleasant. There was a roach on the table that crawled onto my friend’s plate that we were taking to go, it was a small one. Overall I probably wouldn’t eat there again. Oh and the server seemed to be rushing us out.
