Very clean, VERY friendly…open 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Closed Tuesdays. Breakfast was very good. Lunch is limited to sandwiches and wraps. Restroom was very clean. Seating is at tables or at large counter. Will definitely return!

Cybil!! You are the best! Super friendly staff. The blueberry pancakes were delicious! Hot chocolate was made with love. The scrambled eggs didn’t have as much flavor as I would like but overall, very happy with my visit. Would highly recommend.

Great little diner we visited for breakfast. I had a ham and cheese omelette with home fries and toast. My bride had french toast with bacon. The home fries appeared to be frozen diced potatoes that they deep fry. The bacon also appeared to be precooked bacon that was reheated. Neither item tasted bad but just to make people aware. We arrived before 7 am and they were getting quite busy. There was only one waitress at the time
However, she was polite and extremely efficient. Norma, the owner has been recognized for all she has done to support veterans and also the community. Quite a nice honor and someplace to definitely patronize if you are in the area.

I love small town restaurants like this one. Food is really good – fresh and hot, waitstaff is super friendly, prices very reasonable. I go here often when I’m in town.

Such a nice place to pull off the Maine Turnpike and have a meal like you are visiting your Aunt. Family home like atmosphere, friendly staff, great breakfast and lunch menu of American classic food. Stopped in on a whim, now have a new favorite place in the Great state of Maine.

We enjoyed our breakfast at Norma’s. The service was great, the food was hot and fresh and very tasty. I especially enjoyed my grilled bagel. I ordered a white chocolate raspberry scone to go. It was different. The flavor was good but the texture was different than any scones I’ve ever had. Norma’s is cash only but they have an ATM inside ($2.50 fee). The atmosphere is nice. Wish we lived closer, we would visit regularly!

We found Norma’s online in a trip we took from Alabama to Maine. It is a wonderful place with wonderful food and wonderful servers!! I’d give it 10 out of 10 if I could. The waitresses are terrific and welcoming. Food was great and the coffee was spot on. Would recommend for sure!!

Stopped here on a whim in search of classic breakfast that was also not a chain restaurant. Norma’s did not disappoint!

I had the two egg Denver omelette with a side of home fries. And in all seriousness, that was the best omelette I’ve had in years. The egg was nice and thin, as were the diced ham, onions, and peppers.

Couple things to keep in mind is they are cash only and do not take reservations. But they do have an ATM in the entryway if needed.

After reading the reviews I was looking forward to a great breakfast experience. Unfortunately it was just mediocre at best. It was a long wait, understandably. Got a seat at the counter and the wait staff was pleasant enough. The French toast special was not the greatest and parts of it were cold. No real maple syrup was available. I really wouldn’t recommend this place if your looking for a good filling meal. If you’re looking for cheap and the same thing you could cook at home, this is your place. Otherwise go down the road to Portsmouth where better options exist.
