Ordered 2 Number 9’s and 2 cups of chicken broth. Website said my order was complete and delivered. There was nothing. I called and they said they were just getting the order . About 40 minutes or so after that I got a text that driver was on the way. The app showed a car in Cranston and it didn’t move. Finally it moved slightly but was till on the west side of the bay. I et a text saying I’m here. I had to go down to the lobby to pick up my order. I gave a 25% tip because I gave instructions to deliver to my apt number on 2nd floor by either taking the elevator or stairs. Lousy service, lousy, lousy website and lousy app.

I visited the store on Wednesday evening, 29th October, 2025 located at 875 Reservoir Ave., Cranston and placed an order to be delivered to my doctor’s office in East Providence for the great medical service the staff provided to me regarding my heath. D’Angelo, starting with Meg that took my order and then Erik; HE REALLY put the icing on the cake with HIS CORDIAL AND SPECTACULAR STYLE HE delivered the food. KUDOS TO MEG, ERIK and the entire staff at D’Angelo on Reservoir Avenue in Cranston. Every one should be proud to work side by side of Meg and Erik at D’Angelo Grilled Sandwiches. Thank you. I always order from Dangelos in Cranston and never had a problem until today 11/13/25 at 5:30pm. My sandwich had no flavor, I figured maybe they forgot. Peppers were not cooked fully and I only got provolone on one side of my sandwich. After chewing for awhile, I said to myself what is wrong with this sandwich today and it wasn’t cooked fully. Ordered a steak wrap no cheese. The guy read the order back. What did I pick up? A steak roll with cheese on it. What did I end up eating? A bag of chips? Thanks a lot Lay’s for my dinner. Couldn’t go back they closed for the night.
