I grew up eating Freddy’s after softball practice. Normally visited the pflugerville and round rock locations. So far, the experiences at this Georgetown location have been not great.. they’ve given me the completely wrong order when I ordered mobile, fries are cold and soggy usually and today I wanted to try something different.. I wanted a lettuce wrap chicken burger. What I got was embarrassing. Who thinks this looks appetizing..? I’m sorry but as excited I was about a Freddy’s being local, I am sad it is so bad.. giving 2 stars for what I normally get (bacon double and the custard) otherwise it’d be 1 star.. 🙁

We are pretty good judges of finding the best quality hamburgers out there and Freddys in Georgetown is better than the others in the area. It’s actually one of the best burgers I have ever had.
Both my wife and I give them a 12 out of 10. I think part of the freshness has to do with the management knowing how to serve the food fresh and hot. Seemed like it was cooked to order and us hamburger lovers know the difference and can tell quality prepared food. The prices are reasonable and a nice clean atmosphere with outdoor seating in the back.
Don’t change a thing. Looking forward to our next amazing Hamburger experience:)
Try the fries and the onions rings both are extremely good. I recommend a double or a triple to get the full meat experience.

I got an original double and drink today – I can’t comment on dessert or fries. Service was on point. I like my burgers a lot darker, though. Everything else was good and the ice cream is very tempting.

Found a new lunch spot and I’m impressed. The GM was super welcoming and helped me customize my order then brought it right to my table. Juicy burger, crispy fries, and creamy custards all hit perfectly 5 out of 5. Only waited about 5 minutes for my customized order and I loved the old-school vibe. I’ll definitely be back.

Very clean and well-kept establishment. We dined there last evening and were quite pleased. The food was excellent, service was prompt, and the older African American manager was exceptionally welcoming and professional. We were greeted upon arrival, and the menu was explained with care and courtesy. The burgers were prepared very well, and the fries were particularly enjoyable. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

I like the old time diner atmosphere. The food was good. I had a burger and wife had chicken sandwich. The fries are good too, but I prefer the not-so-skinny fries. Custard was excellent. Service was good.
Food is way better than Culver’s, IMO.
Not much parking near Freddy’s. Had to park on the other side of the strip center near Crust Pizza and walk. No problem for us, but for someone with limited mobility, it could be a problem.

Hands down one of the best burger spots I’ve ever been to! The patties are juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection, and the buns are always fresh and soft. Every bite tastes like it’s made with care. The fries are crispy and golden, and the portions are just right. On top of that, the staff is super friendly and the service is quick, even during busy hours. The place is clean, welcoming, and has a great vibe whether you’re dining in or grabbing takeout. Highly recommend to anyone craving a top-quality burger—you won’t be disappointed!

Cute decor. Way too cold!! Food was cold and took a long time. Kids meal had great extras. Veggie burgers need more cooking. Biggest disappointment was very cold food. Will try once more and if same won’t be back. We need good restaurants. Please address the problem of cold food and long wait and cold environment.

I don’t recommend this location. Over the last few years I’ve gotten food from this location a couple of times. Each time I go there are issues.
1st time that I went for my wife she wanted cheese fries and when we got them, they were very sad. The amount of cheese on the fries was so little it was laughable.
2nd and most recent time I went, I was getting food on my lunch break and ordered a hot dog combo. I paid and got my drink and bag of food but I had to head back to the office. When I got back to the office I opened the bag and they had only given me fries, the main item was missing from the bag.
It’s safe to say this issue has had problems for years, I don’t intend on returning to this location again.

I stop by for lunch every week and always feel welcomed, management and staff remember regulars, which is awesome! The burgers and fries hit the spot, and the custards are always a treat. The location is clean, bright, and just a really nice place to grab a meal.
