Food OK typical dominoes, ordered on the website and had to wait several minutes past the estimated time. Seemed busy, lots of delivery drivers coming and going. They had to grab the parm bites for my order from another order, no sauce?? Pizzas were hot but difficult to separate slices.

This specific store was great to work with. I ordered 35 pizzas for my school, my pickup was an hour after the store opened. Spot on service and communication. They made it simple and as easy as possible to feed 200 kids. The manager, Alena lead this charge and couldn’t be happier. The crew this morning, (did not get names) rocked it. Well done.

Ordered a pizza at 325 pm told it would be 45 to 50 minutes delivery time. 615 pm pizza has still yet to be delivered!! If I could give less than one star I would. Keep your pizza, I’ll buy from somewhere else next time.

We have ordered from the new Dominos on the north side of PW since it opened. Never had any issues until today. Our pizza showed up after it said the order was completed on the app and the pizza box was crushed when we finally got it. The driver flew into our driveway so fast I thought he was going to hit our garage door. When I called to report the issue I was asked for my order number which I didn’t have and was just asked “did you want us to do something or are you just calling to report?” There was no apology or anything. He didn’t ask for any other information just couldn’t get me off the phone fast enough. Hopefully this doesn’t happen again. Do better Dominos

Ordered a New York Stlye pizza and requested WELL DONE because I like my crust crunchy. The middle of my pizza was a soggy mess. I tried to pull a piece away from the rest and literally came way with just the crust because the rest was soggy. Food has been inconsistent since the other Pueblo West store closed. No feta on the cheese bread, bread not cooked, parm bites not cooked, raw dough on pan pizzas. Avoid this Domino’s location if you value good service. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with any Domino’s. I really miss the previous location at the Shell station as we never had an issue there.
When I arrived to pick up my order, I was told one of the pizzas hadn’t been made correctly and so they had to remake it. Mistakes happen, and I was patient. But then it turned out they couldn’t find the remake. Meanwhile, the rest of our other pizzas just sat there getting cold.
After the pizza was finally ready, we found out our wings had never been made. And for some reason, they couldn’t remake them, something about the oven settings being changed? They offered a different flavor instead, but oddly enough, I heard the original flavor we ordered going out to other customers during this time.
What made the situation worse was the lack of genuine accountability. The manager gave a half-hearted apology that felt more like an obligation than a sincere effort to make things right. Even more frustrating, the store owner was standing just a few feet away the entire time and never acknowledged the issue or attempted to step in.
This is not how you run a business, especially in a place like Pueblo West, where pizza options are already limited. Very disappointing.

I wish I could give zero stars. We were told our pizza was “just coming out of the oven,” but we waited over 15 minutes only to be told they had no idea where our order even was. The worker was rude the entire time, giving us attitude instead of an apology. When we asked for an update, they casually said the food had been done but they “had to look for it.” Seriously? This kind of customer service is unacceptable. We won’t be coming back. Do better, Domino’s.

Placed an order and one of the pizzas was missing. Called the store to let them know and to have them send out the missing item. It took them over an hour and a half to bring the missing pizza and it was cold. What a joke.

The first time I ordered, it was delivered to the wrong address. Today delivery was 6 mins short of an hour. And the box was smashed, so when I opened the box, a lot of cheese was stuck to the lid. I also requested, under instructions, to have the driver ask for PIN, which I added to the instructions, to be sure it is delivered to the correct address, but nothing was ever asked.
