we got home from costa rica on jan 11 and stopped here for take out at 7pm. we got home and had food that was not fresh and should not be sold. buns were hard, cheese was hard, dried out meat and just bad. too tired to go back and we live 3 minutes away to deal with this after a long day. we could not eat this, it was hard sell the next day for the crows to eat it. i would guess the staff was just lazy on a sunday night and decided to serve this as we were picking up. i complained to mcdonalds corporate and guess what, they give you the same canned response that management will review. then they cancelled the complaint as closed and nothing happened. i called corp and oh the restaurant called, and i said no they didn’t. oh, so sorry we will have our regional office contact you. nothing. and i did not let it go and still emailing them. next they said they needed my phone number. i sent to them and they have it already and i have their app which is on phone. so, mcdonald’s raised prices and doesn’t care about the quality of the food they serve because they don’t respond to customer complaints other than a canned response. mcd’s ignores you hoping you will just move on. so, i will. done with the golden arches. i suggest going elsewhere.

Ordered a large drink. Was given a small. Went inside to correct them. Was given a medium instead. I addition. The hashbrowns were soggy and cold. My sandwich was cold. Had no sauce or onions. I made this order yesterday. I contacted customer service who notified the store and did nothing else. Go fo a different location if you can.

Given 3 stars because the quality of all McDonald’s food has steadily decreased over the past couple decades.
This is a beautiful location. Always clean, the ice cream machine works, and people often sit inside, and outside on the patio to enjoy their food. The drive through workers are always polite, and they get your order out quickly.

Me and the gaf boys pull up to this McDonald’s on the weekly, 10/10 everytime. Sweet little angels in the back. I’ve never been so grateful for a place. This place is like a second home. Thank you McDonald’s!!

I have been coming to this location for the last 10 years but tonight’s service has made it the last. It was dinner rush so I expected to wait. Finally after all the cars behind me had I already left, I get the food. It was wrong. My bf went in and the associate he spoke with was using cuss words, arguing with him, and claimed he didn’t know what he had ordered. They didn’t fix my sandwich, just told him it was right. Argued about his sandwich, which is the current promotion (bacon buffalo ranch mccrispy), her words being “it’s either buffalo or ranch”. And when he explained about the signs she tells someone else to deal with him.

There was a time this location was one of the best McDonald’s on Southside. Instead I pay for food that’s completely old and I can tell it’s been sitting because I know the policy off the back of my hand (manager) medium fries were more like happy meal fries. Hi-c is completely watered down so that means switch out the box… If you don’t like your job than quit and have someone who actually wants to work take your spot. I wonder if this is one of bills stores hmm

Just had breakfast there this morning (10/10/25) and the older lady who took our order was totally rude, dismissive and got our order wrong. This was at inside counter. She was rude to both me and my husband. Couldn’t believe it. She definitely shouldn’t be dealing with customers without more training.
