I’ve stopped at this location in the past and found the food and service to be very good. Tonight (17 Jan 2026 at 5:50pm) I stopped in for a sandwich and there was one customer ahead of me in line. After serving this customer the young man behind the counter asked me to wait while he took a phone call, so I did. I waited 10 minutes then decided to look around the store while the employee was on the phone.
When I returned several minutes later he was off the phone, and as I approached the counter I asked “how are you tonight?”, and the reply was “I don’t want to be here.” I said excuse me, and leaned forward with my hand cupped to my ear to be sure I understood him correctly, and the reply was “nothing, what can I get you?” I replied “well, I was going to order a large tuna, but I think I’m good, thanks.”
At that point I left and went across the street to Subway for my meal. I will stop in again, but I won’t be spending my money there if the same kid is at the counter. A disgruntled employee isn’t someone I want preparing food for me.

I was going to order a sandwich this morning and there was one employee behind the counter. I said good morning to her twice and was just glared at by her, and ignored. She seemed more interested in what her phone had to say. I stood there for a moment waiting for her to turn to me so I could place my order and she rudely said, what can I get you over her shoulder. While reaching for gloves, she stopped mid way to finish another text. Still ignoring me. I like the food at this location, the bread is always fresh, but that employee may keep me from returning.

Ordered two sandwiches, one had bacon on it and it must have been bad because V nearly threw it up. Both sandwiches tastes pretty bland and not fresh at all, and we didn’t even finish our sandwiches due to it. We did also order a brownie and that was tasty at least.

We’ve eaten here several times. It is quite good food, no issues there. Staff are generally friendly. The only issue is they tend to be closed 10-15 minutes prior to the listed closing time. Either change the listed closing time, or remain open as advertised

I love port of subs…. But I am sick if the employees getting my sandwich wrong. My son went in today to get my sandwich. How hard is it to turn down the music so you can here the customer?? I know it’s not my son’s fault cause I get the same order every time. Maybe some more employment training is needed on customer service.

Stopped to put gas, decided to go in and grab some lunch and was kindly greeted by Stefanie who at first seems like she could punch you in the face…but she made me a sandwich that punched me right in my taste buds instead haha, definitly hit the spot!! Amazing food, fantastic service! Thank you Stefanie I will definitely be returning!
