Two times in a row this location has sent the delivery person to my home with another customers order.
I also blame the Uber delivery driver as well, but the restaurant should make sure the food they give the driver is correct.
The first time this happened I had to drive to the restaurant later that evening to pickup my food.
The second time this happened a week later I was charged for food, but never received it.
To top it off Uber eats would not refund my money.
Very poor customer service from El Pollo Loco, and Uber eats has turned out to be stealing from their customers.

I can see why this location’s reviews are so low. I ordered a 16 piece family meal. They only gave me 12 and when I called to tell them, the girl said they put 16. You think I wanted my food to get cold and waste my time driving back for 4 pieces of chicken. I paid $10 more for a 16 piece meal than a 12 so I better get all 16 especially the legs being as small as they are. When I got there, the employees were just chatting while I stood there waiting for them to acknowledge me. They finally did and when the girl handed my missing pieces, she didn’t even say anything not even a sorry. I work in retail and this was just horrible customer service all around.

I’ve tried this location 4 times and now I go to one miles further away. The ch7cken breast meat is consistently dry, either overcooked or old. The churros are AWFUL, dough and cold.

I visited Pollo Loco last weekend ago and overall had a good experience. The food tasted great — everything was fresh and flavorful. We ordered the 16-piece family meal for two adults and two kids. While the taste was spot on, the chicken pieces were surprisingly small, That’s the main reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5. If the chicken portions were more generous, it would’ve been perfect. Still, a solid place for a tasty meal!
