Three guys working,god bless them,seemed overwhelmed. I ordered two fam Mediterranean style pizzas. One was ready,waited 15 minutes for the next one. One pizza looked great,the one they made second was a rip off. 6 peices of chicken? Sucks

Been going here for years and it has always been great. The last 2 months I was disappointed 3 of 4 times. I order the Gourmet Vegetarian with chicken. 1st is didnt have zucchini, 2nd it was prepared on the wrong crust, today the lack of toppings was overwhelming and I hate to complain. Never have I been so disappointed. Today I received artichoke scraps, less than half of the average mushroom and virtually no chicken.

Food is good. Math is not their strong point for these workers. Online in app, you can get more than 3 items for 6.99 each on mix and match deal, in store ordering at the register only do 2 items, not 3 at 6.99, when I explained to the gentleman at the till and showed him my app, he had no explanation and not sure he even followed the math. Poor service and to top off I even tipped 20% before noticing. Terrible service. Wouldn’t recommend

Pizza is great. But they never answer the phone, it just rings indefinitely. Ive tried several times over multiple months. I have 4 young kids, i would like to call and place an order so i can run in and pick it up vs getting all 4 kids out of carseats to order pizza in person. This is why i always drive across town to go to the other location.

The 2 gentlemen working tonight were great, very respectful, relaxed and friendly. I walked in for a pickup order and it wasn’t made yet they asked me to wait, which I did and not long after I was out the door with apologies for the late order which I wasn’t concerned about at all. The service and respect made up for anything they might’ve thought was wrong.

Ordered online because they weren’t answering the phone, which isn’t a big deal but the pizza was WAY WAY too greasy it was barely even edible, the grease so so soaked into the bread I won’t even save it for leftovers. And to top it off they forgot to give us our cheesy bread. We ordered late so when I tried to call 15 mins before closed they still wouldn’t answer!!

I like Papa Murphy’s as an easy meal option one night every couple weeks. The ‘take and bake’ method means your food is actually hot when you get it on the table. The online timed order makes pick up super easy. Is it the best pizza? No, but IMO, with their weekly specials, the value and taste is far superior to a frozen pizza. Plus, the kids love putting the toppings on their own Mini-Murphs before they go in the oven.
