This BK is and has been my “Go To” Bk ever since I moved close by. As unhealthy as it is to eat Burgers and Fries at the frequency that I do, I love it too much to stop.. and when my “Go To” burger joint starts burning my meals like Satan was sitting on the cooks shoulder whispering “Burn it”.. it really is a kick to the groin when the Employees think this good enough to serve to a customer!
Two different Orders on two different days (Last Order @November 21,2025 – Previous Order before Last Order @October 26, 2025); Both days, all burgers were burnt and dry as hell.
C’mon.. seriously now, this has got to stop; y’all are ruining my Favorite fast food joint. Please train your cooks better! This is unacceptable.
The only saving grace point I can give.. is to the employees working the Drive Thru speaker-box and window.. most are pleasant and courteous. And there is also one employee that has started to remember who I am because of how often I go here; She’s an awesome older woman, I’m still trying to get her name.. so I can praise her here.

I work for Walmart, which is in the same parking lot as Burger King. After a long hard day at work, I figured I would get myself a double whopper meal. I asked for a fresh fries because every time I go to this Burger King, which is probably five times in a month, the fries are never hot. The service tonight was very crappy. The lady at the drive-through who has glasses and his real thin did not even acknowledge me, never said hi how are you tonight? Never said thank you, never said have a great night. I gave her my debit card, she gave it back to me, gave me my food and drink drinks, and never said a word. It’s such a shame that this is how you are allowing these employees to treat customers who spend their hard earned money. I asked for a large fry and I got a medium halfway filled. I will add a picture of the fries. The burger was burnt to the point where the edges were completely charred. This Burger King is going way downhill. The manager doesn’t even seem to care. I think all of your associates need to go to a customer service class and learn how to greet and treat customers who spend their heart earned money. I will never go to this Burger King ever again until the customer service, the friendliness, and common sense actually starts to work in this restaurant. I realize I am just one person, so me not going back to your Burger King is not going to affect you. But the more people that keep Leaving negative reviews, the more people are not going to go to this establishment. I personally hope that this Burger King goes out of business due to the amount of disrespect and lack of customer service. I hope someone buys this building and turns it into something completely different and never hires the associates that you have currently working for you. As a franchise owner, you should be completely ashamed not only of yourself but of your associates.

I just got a couple burgers. I know you don’t really care but I figured somebody should say something because never in my life has a Burger King burger been so burnt. Like hockey puck burnt. Not just one of my burgers, but both of them. I got a rodeo and a Whopper. Definitely won’t go to this location again first and last time.

Placed an order in the drive thru, when we got to the window a female employee brought out one of our drinks, saying here is the Dr. Pepper, my fiancée replied with there should be 2 Dr. Pepper’s and a Coke and the lady snapped at him, give me a minute. When the rest of our order was ready she had someone else bring it to the window. We asked for salt and ketchup, the guy literally handed us 3 ketchup packets, and quickly shut the drive thru window. We placed 3 orders ALL with fries. We pulled over to park so I could go grab some more packets and we realized that they hadn’t even put one of our sandwiches in our bag and one of the sandwiches we ordered was supposed to be plain and wasn’t. The staff on tonight was very rude.

I mean if you like Burger King, it’s Burger King. However, I ordered “a cheeseburger with just lettuce and mayo, nothing else”, and when I got it, it didn’t have cheese on it lol. Maybe I’m crazy, but the cheese seems pretty integral to a *cheese*burger. If I didn’t want cheese I would have ordered just a hamburger. So learn from my mistake, be very specific, and check your order before you leave.

The bacon was hardly cooked, almost raw even. This is probably one of the worst burger kings I’ve been at. We threw our entire order in the trash. I don’t plan on going to this particular burger king ever again.

Took far too long for them to complete 4-5 cars for drive-thru. The kid at the register had zero customer service. My fries and nuggets are cold, and they never put tomatoes on the spicy royal chicken(which is supposed to be on it)

Lady with pink hair been in a bad crappy mood the past 4 or 5 times and is nothing but unpleasant unprofessional unbelievable attitude when asked what they had for soda she barks back coke products numerous times she’s had this snippy rude attitude in slamming the window on us when I said thank you and no response at all the time before when at the sign and done our order said thank you she barks back yup in a very unpleasant and unprofessional response she should get a new job I mean 90 % of what you are paid for is to put a smile on and deal with the public in a professional and pleasant manner not rude and toxic acting ticked off at everyone go work elsewhere

I stood there for almost 10 minutes waiting to be served and all of the employees just ignored us lol, one of them made eye contact with me and didn’t say anything. Not a single word. Just talking amongst themselves as some of them were making food and others weren’t really doing anything. And when we got fed up and walked out, we saw that there was NOBODY in the drive thru line and there also was two people sitting at a table – the restaurant wasn’t busy. I’m super understanding of how hard retail & food service can be, but this is ridiculous.
