New employees are horrible. Rude, with a false sense of confidence. Act like they know what they are doing, but ask you to repeat your very simple but specific order 3 times before they get it on the system right, but then hand you the wrong drink. I ordered my drink with whole milk, and it even says it on the order sticker, but it is not whole milk. I cannot tell if it’s almond milk or what but I don’t like any other milk than whole in my coffee or it tastes sour. This tastes sour. If you don’t know what you’re doing it’s alright, don’t act like you’re the best when you’re not.

On 4-27-2024 I went to Starbucks in the morning 3 girls were working. I ordered 3 simple drinks. One being a caramel iced coffee, when I received my drinks they were all incorrect I even asked to clarify what the drinks were and made the comment that I don’t think it’s right. The girl stared at me and walked away. We take our drinks and try them and every single one of them were absolutely trash. We ended up throwing them in the trash after a drink of each. Will not be getting a drink from the Carroll Starbucks again.

I finished my drink around 6:30 PM. I’m writing this at 3AM. Why? Because I received a mistake from the barista. I ordered a large iced decaf coffee and please leave room for cream. When she rung me up, she said that will be $7.95. I thought “Wow! Inflation for coffee has really increased. ” I haven’t had a coffee from Starbucks in about 6 months.
So when I got my drink, it was a very light tan color. I thought “That’s odd, they put in the creamer in for me. And why so much?” I noticed on the receipt that she rung me up for an iced latte. I asked to make sure it was decaf and the other barista nodded yes . So I drank it. The drink tasted fine but more importantly I HAVEN’T BEEN ABLE TO SLEEP ALL NIGHT!

Have been here a couple times in the past few months and they are so friendly and great every time! There was a line of several people who were waiting for drinks while I was there and the barista literally knew every one of their names and their drink orders! The girl even knew the guy’s kids and their drink orders when he was there by himself to get his kids some refreshers! Very impressive!!

I love this starbucks. I was having such a terrible day till I got a coffee and the woman working completely turned my day around. She was so kind and actually cared about me and my drink. This starbucks always gives the fastest most friendly service ever. I will never stop coming here.

Went by this morning to pick up some coffee. The employess weren’t very friendly and seemed annoyed when I asked if they had any half and half out. If you dont like the public, dont serve the public. Seems to much to expect a smile or friendly customer service. Next time I will go to Caseys

Carroll has needed a Starbucks for a very long time. Even though it’s a licensed location, it will do for such a nice isolated town. It is open from 6am-8pm every day. Great location and nice baristas!
Just remember, it’s tall, grande and venti, not small, medium and large.

We’re quite busy, waited quite a while,Vanilla Ice Coffee—not as good at Starbucks as Casey’s General Store. Starbucks was too strong/bitter,–had to have then add cream,—not as good as Casey’s!!!!!
