I haven’t even gotten to the food yet, but I want to address the extremely unprofessional behavior I experienced from the employee with glasses, Skye , the name I was able to get on the receipt December 1, 2025, at 8:20 PM. I genuinely hope he is not a manager.
There was no greeting , just a blunt “What can I get for you?” When I responded with “How are you?” he said nothing. When I returned to pick up my order, he handed me the bag without a word. I said “Thank you,” and again received no response. I even wished him a good night, and he still stayed silent.
Before I could get his name to address the issue properly, he disappeared into the back. This level of disrespect toward paying customers is completely unacceptable. I don’t understand why anyone should tolerate behavior like this.
Taco Bell was the only reason I stopped at this truck stop, but after this experience, I won’t be returning. I hope this employee’s attitude is addressed and brought up in the next staff meeting, because customers spending their hard-earned money deserve basic courtesy , not to be treated like an inconvenience.

Only good thing was the food.
This employee though, has absolutely no business dealing with the public and being the face of the restaurant.
Can’t open his mouth and say welcome to taco bell, may I take your order?
Can’t speak up when you directly ask a question to him.
Has been on his phone for the last 6mins and the whole time I wrote this review as well out here for everyone else to see!

Not serving anything grilled, nothing fried. They wont sell chalupas, grilled cheese burritos, nacho fries, mexican pizza, and 90% of their menu during normal business hours. Almost $4 for a SINGLE PLAIN BEAN BURRITO. You know the ones that every other taco bell in the country sells for $1.59?
And then he had to look because he was going to say they weren’t selling bean burritos either!!
Visited 5/24 at 7 pm.
Most likely because they didnt want to serve customers and wanted to be lazy and leave at 8 pm instead. 90% of the menu not being served during posted business hours. Seriously??
And then when we got the bean burrito, it was half the size they normally are.
$17 for 3 bean burritos and a drink. Ridiculous

This was the best Taco Bell I had in my life! I got the supreme deluxe box and everything was fresh and good. I got a steak taco and the steak was tender and authentic. I literally have never had a Taco Bell this good I had to write a review. The guy up front was friendly even though he was busy. Great all around today!

This Taco Bell is located in a truck stop. The cashier was very friendly. I give this 3 stars because they didn’t have any hard shells, no hot sauce and a few other things. This was in no way the employees faults. The service was great! Besides being in a gas station, it was ok. The food was hot and fresh. Taco bell headquarters needs to do better at supplying their stores with items needed.

Might need to do a welfare check on your seemingly miserable cashier and hire me since I cleaned 3 tables so there was somewhere to sit not encrusted in 2 day old food. Part of order was missing, overcharged during order and the dining room is a disaster. At least with the ultra one credit made it almost free.
