Their 3 taco lunch special, I thought was a good deal. Braised beef was my favorite, tried all of their tacos, their seafood tacos both good, too much sauce on top for me. All tacos filled to max capacity which made paying $5.50 worth it. Overall a 4 /5

This was my first time going to Centro, but it certainly won’t be my last! There is such a fun vibe at the Roseville location. They have a large bar in the center, and a disco ball. They also have a patio which will be perfect in the summer. You seat yourself and then use a QR code to order and pay for food or drinks and they bring your order right to your table. It was very convenient and quick! The food was great. My friend enjoyed the Tacos Trio. She was able to pick 3 different kinds of tacos and it came with a side of chips and salsa. I tried out the Centro Crunch and it was delicious. Similar to a Taco Bell Crunchwrap, but way better! The ingredients tasted a lot more fresh and it was stuffed full of meat and other toppings, so it was a lot more filling too. Next time I want to try their Birria Crunch and some of their cocktails.

The food was decent. The only thing I personally didn’t like was that you have to order your food by yourself by a qr code. Then if you decide you want more, or another drink, you have to pay again. So if you are there for a while, you can have multiple charges because you have to cash out everytime you order something.

Very dry and bland carnitas. The server never came to check on us and it was all order via QR code. No complementary chips or salsa. I didn’t end up eating any more after this picture. I had to choke down what I ate prior to that.

While I appreciated the food at this restaurant, I likely won’t return. We visited for my father-in-law’s birthday, and the service felt a bit off. Ordering was done through an QR code/app, and if you needed a server, you had to display a sign, which didn’t seem super duper customer-friendly, despite the staff being nice. The music was pretty loud, but the overall atmosphere was enjoyable. However, I find it hard to justify tipping well on pricey meals when I’m essentially doing much of the work myself.

The food was unique and delicious, but the consomme didn’t have much flavor. It needed salt. The music was so loud, but it had a really fun atmosphere. I like the service model of ordering from your phone at your table. The prices were definitely higher than our usual more authentic Mexican food joints. We’d go back though.

Ordering from a qr code is not fun. It takes forever to add in all the things and then to check out you have to tip before you know if the service is good. They also ask you so many questions it’s putst. It did come out quick. Food was overpriced. It was decent , but for the hassle we won’t be back. Atmosphere was cute. It wasn’t very authentic Mexican and there are so many other wonderful authentic restaurants we would chose before going back here.

This is a step up from fast food. The tacos were decent but you have to order yourself using your phone and they want you to tip before you even receive your food. The food did come out pretty quick, and the kids liked it but there was no real service.
