# Update to Memorial Day
The store was cleanly haunted. I ordered whole grain Nova Lox. I made an egg pan with cheese when I got home and ate it together. It was never a bad meal and I’m willing to visit again. The staff needs to give customers a more skilled impression. Not to mention that smile and kindness are the basics of all business.

Since it is a store located in my neighborhood, I will visit anytime. The store manager should be fully aware of the opinions of customers who scored the lowest on this rating. I will visit this store soon, look at how sincere they have changed to customer complaints, and post a review again]

Have been wanting to try this place for a while. Decided to stop in with my girlfriend and we were not disappointed. Bagels were fresh. Our sandwiches we got were very good. Definitely recommend the maple house. Will be back for sure

I’m shocked to see the negative reviews for this location. I’ve never had a problem and I’m there 2-3 times per week. I always order via the Einstein’s app and my food is waiting on me when I get there. The Vanilla Hazelnut coffee is my favorite!

If there was an option to give 0 stars that is what I’d choose. Every time I’ve been to this restaurant it’s been a bad experience but today was the worst. We order 2 bagel sandwiches, a muffin and a cinnamon roll and it took an hour to get our food. An hour! There was basically no line and only 1 person in front of us when we arrived and placed our order. Not an apology or even acknowledgement as to how long the food was taking. The staff needs to be significantly increased, retrained and the owners should be involved daily to see what’s going on if it’s going to survive. It’s bagels not a 5 course meal…and the place was filthy to boot.

Every time I visit, I always get the veggie shmear with the cinnamon raisin bagel or Avocado Veg out. I am always enamored by the Hazelnut roast coffee. Thank you Einstein’s for making this place one of my favorite go to’s for breakfast and lunch.

I accidentally ordered from this location through Uber eats and when I called the store to see if they could put garlic bagels (which were not an option when I ordered) in the bakers dozen the gentleman I spoke with was rude and dismissive. I canceled my order immediately, reordered through DoorDash which gave me the Duluth location. I called the Duluth location spoke to a wonderful woman named Kelli who went above and beyond for my order. Love love love Duluth store and Kelli gave top notch service.. I wish all locations had a Kelli but for future orders, Duluth and NEVER sugar hill.

Seeing these reviews makes me a little upset, like Mr. Onion attitude. I have gotten Einstein Bros from a lot of locations throughout the years. Currently I’m stuck at home for the next 6 months and I had gotten this for delivery. I have got to say, this is hands down the best Einstein Bros food quality I’ve had. The one by mall has had such low quality egg taste for so long and this one trumps that one completely. My order was correct and came faster than my expected delivery time. Also everyone seems to be so impatient and not understanding of the fact it’s a new store. Be grateful someone took a chance to open and run one local to Sugar Hill! We needed this and I am thankful to the owners and operators! Keep going owners/ ops! To the customers, don’t let the bad reviews fool you of how amazing this breakfast spot is and the actual quality of food in comparison to other locations.
