If you love GARLIC, the buffet here is for you! On our first time visit, the front door was opened for us, and we received 2 friendly greetings from smiling staff in this family run restaurant. We choose the lunch buffet for the variety, which was equivalent in price to an entree. See photos for the multiple choices this buffet offers. We arrived before noon, so there was only one other diner. The buffet food at this point was very hot, but as the lunch progressed, our second tastings were barely warm, and no steam was noted coming from the food. By noon, as more people were arriving, the buffet was beginning to warm up, and steam was consistently seen coming from the same dishes. Salad bar offerings seemed fresh, the large pizza station looked delicious, but the pizza cooled quickly, leaving rubbery cold cheese, and the entree dishes were leaning toward heavy garlic. For dessert, banana pudding and a chocolate pudding dish looked delicious. The service was outstanding, our server checked back regularly to check on our needs, and was always friendly and responsive. The decor is pleasant, with a water feature greeting you at the door, and truly unique lighting fixtures over the tables. We enjoyed a very pleasant meal, which could be made more pleasant with less garlic, and consistent food temperature.

My family and I live in Indianapolis, and we stumbled upon this place while vacationing. The food is immaculate, everything is on point, and they don’t skimp on portions. My dad said the inside of the restaurant gave him European vibes, similar to a restaurant back home where we live called Ristorante Roma. The general manager seems to have brought a lot of his family’s recipes from Italy. If you like Italian cooking, and whether you live in or are visiting the area, you should give this place a try if you wish.

Good pizza, nice service. If they would just change the lighting in the place it would really help. We are talking hospital white light bulbs that are mismatched and really bring the ambiance down.

What a great gem tucked away in a small strip mall. The service was excellent and the food was even better! The beer served in a chilled mug. The kids’ fettuccine alfredo entree was the perfect amount for me. I added a little lemon juice in the dish, which made it even better. The cook added some spinach for me, too! The lasagne was flavorful . There were NO leftovers for us, which is extremely rare!
We will definitely come back if in the area!

It is a quiet place but very full of authenticity and good food. I had ordered the caprese pizza for a quick bite on my road trip, and I was very pleased that I had chosen Bella Pizza. And the little bonus of getting a small piece of caprese before my pizza even came out really was impressive and creative. Wish I had one closer to me. If I happen to be around the area or if you happen to be around the area, it is a great place to try

Found this place on a search and returned for my second visit today. The food is fantastic and the service is fast, polite and better than any chain restaurant. Atmosphere is charming, great place for a great meal.
Had to return to Roanoke so I returned to Bella for more great food. Had the Chicken Parmigiana. Asked if they would make it with their fabulous meat sauce and they were happy to make fulfill my request. Absolutely great food and amazingly fast service. I will return next time I am in the area, no question. Truly a hidden gem.

We ordered a takeout dinner and they forgot our drink, dessert and extra sauce. We came home and the calzone was one big piece of bread with cheese and a thin layer of ham. It was a grease bomb and I weighed it and it was 1.6 lbs! I had one small slice and the rest went in the trash can. Calzone at other restaurants are light and fluffy with the cheese and ham inside and baked to golden brown. Not here though. It made me sick to my stomach. We also ordered lasagna and it was in a round aluminum pan and there were no layers and very little sauce. Again, it was a big greasy disappointment. We have gotten cheesesteak sandwiches there in the past and they were good. I don’t know what has happened to them.

Looking to avoid fast food while traveling? Bella Pizza is a fabulous option. I love a small surprise, and this place brings out a small bruschetta toast unprompted for each diner. It had a surprising garlic kick which we loved! The cheese pizza didn’t disappoint with a rarely found crisp on the crust. It had real mozzarella cheese, complete with gooey strings. Not my favorite sauce but that’s a personal preference, not a knock on quality. Very nice wait staff and prompt service. Stop here!

My first experience going here wasn’t the best but I kept a open mind because the food is good. Since then my dealings have been pleasant and the food is delicious. It’s nice to have a good Italian restuarant that’s not a chain. Clean facility, nice staff and tasty food this is a must to visit.

Delicious food. Generous portions. Great sèrvice. Reasonably priced for all that I received. Sausage, mushrooms, onions, and peppers in amazing sauce covered with mozzarella. Another plate of angel hair pasta with sauce. Bread sticks, salad, and a brushetta. Husband ordered vodka penne with angel hair pasta instead. Very good.
