Our first visit here last week and we were pleasantly surprised. The order taker (Swati) was very pleasant. Out order came out quickly and was accurate. The burger was flavorful and juicy and the fries were piping hot. We enjoyed it and will return.

Went there on my work break had to ask some one if any one was taken orders after waiting up there for some one you acknowledge me! After the fact 3 people seen me stand up there!! On 9/6 we placed a mobile order. I arrive at the store and I am waiting in the section where it says to pick up mobile orders. No one is at the register and no one has acknowledged me either. During this time an employee comes in (carrying her purse) and asked me if I have been helped. I let her know I had not and she checked my order and then went to the back. At this time the order had been set up on the counter. Another lady came out and started getting it ready to go. I asked if she could please put lids on them, as it was a mobile order (every other store we have been to puts lids on them). She then rolled her eyes at me and was shaking her head while doing this.
When she handed me my order it was pushed in my direction. I then asked if she had a manager and guess what, she was the manager. The other lady had come out at this point and I asked if there was a number for the GM and the manager said she didn’t know it. The other lady had me write my name and number down. During this while I was speaking the manager just kept saying mmm okay.
Based off her attitude, I said I would like a refund. She looked at me and said I need the food back. I handed it to her. I have waited to hear back from the store and at this point a week later I have heard nothing.
It clearly shows they do not care about customer service.

Slightly disappointed in my visit to this location, we arrived about and hour and a half before they closed and as we walked in to order about 90% of the chairs were on top of the tables and the trash cans were covered indicating non of those amenities were to be used. As we approached the counter the staff wasn’t thrilled we were there just based off their body language, we put in our order and the young lady asked if it was for “here or to go” and we responded with here and she looked at us… and I asked if that was ok? And she responded “I guess”. I can understand the usefulness of pre closing and cleaning to help the staff get home at an early time but the dining area and the staff made it seem like we were inconveniencing them by coming to get dinner and a sweet treat.. it unfortunately dampened the excitement my wife and I had to go out for a little treat to end our weekend. The food was alright at best, the blizzard was good but we will be cautious about returning.

The burgers and desserts are out of this world. DQ has always been a highlight of a place we visit when on vacation. Customer service was top notch, Mariah took amazing care of us. She took our order and then she delivered it to our table. She knew the menu well and was helpful in deciding what to get. My wife and I got the A.1. Signature burger. She got the onion rings and I got the fries. The fries were a little bland, but I dipped them in the bbq sauce which tasted amazing. We also got desserts. I got my favorite which is the Peanut Buster Parfait and my wife got their Caramel Cheesecake Blizzard. Both were very delicious. And for the ride home, we got their MooLattes. These were very rich in flavor and made our drive sweet. Always a trip favorite for us. Thank you Mariah for taking great care of us and thank you Dairy Queen for being so perfect. We love your food and your desserts always impress us.

Hi, I just wanted to share some feedback about my recent visit. I have a severe egg allergy, so I asked if there was an allergy menu available. The staff member told me there wasn’t one and insisted that all the ice cream had egg in it. I later looked it up myself and found Dairy Queen’s allergy menu online, which shows that isn’t true.
This was frustrating and inconvenient because I had to leave the line, research it myself, and then get back in line to order. More importantly, it’s concerning that staff aren’t trained on something as serious as allergies. Customers rely on accurate information for their safety, and I think it would really help if staff were trained to know about and provide the allergy menu.
When I drove up to the window the girl who handed me my ice cream was very polite and apologized for the other employee not being trained properly and knowing these things thank you for your Kindness the extra star was for you.

I love dairy queen and normally go about once every couple of months. I had to take my sons friend home, and we missed the turn and saw the dairy queen. We all stopped for a late night snack before heading home. I went for a classic reecese blizzard, ore buzzard, onion rings, and one slushee. We decided to go through the drive thru as our baby was sleeping. Even though it had about 5 cars in line, we still go through fairly quickly. Great spot and fast and friendly dtaff members. The onky thing is that they gave us all of our drinks in a carrier and did not dlip them upside down. The kids always love ehwn theu het to see he ice cream flipped oher and not move. When we were kids and the associate didn’t do that, we would get free ice cream.

The staff is thorough. They greet everyone who comes in. They always get the order right. The food comes out fast. The place is always kept clean. Outside is a play area for the kids and other stores.
If you are looking to bring a big group they are the first place I would recommend. Parents can enjoy their food while they watch the kids play safely.
Even after taking a blizzard home as you can see in the pictures and just like this business:
” They can take the life that turns you upside down into something pretty sweet”
I only wish they served cotton candy blizzard all year…

Come on, who doesn’t love an original gangsta blizzard? This place is consistently solid, from the chicken tenders to the sandwiches and the blizzards, it always gives you what you’re craving. Management seems to do a solid job running the place.
