Got my order wrong and was told the next time I come in they would replace it . Came it 3 weeks later and was told I only had 2 weeks to come back and that manager didn’t work there anymore therefore I was out of luck. I called another war by to get the number of corperate and when they asked why I stated I just wanted to speak with someone. They hung up on me . The whole culture seems to be very rude and corporate seems to mimic this type of customer service because when I explained what happened they took my number and email and never bothered to even contact me . Won’t be going to Arby’s anymore. Food was ok but not worth tolerating ther service

If like me you’re out on the open road and your stomach starts rumblin’ louder than a twister, this Arby’s is the place to stop! The customer service was sweet as a sticky bun, the whole place was clean as a whistle, and it was calm as a summer mornin’. Truly a great spot to grab some good beef n cheddar or just roast beef sandwiches. This place was a real gem for my hungry stomach.

I looked forward to trying their new steak cup. I was there during normal lunch hours so it’s not like the food had been sitting out for hours.
I was VERY disappointed in the steak cup. The steak wasn’t even barely warm and it was VERY far from tender, even in the slightest.
The mozzarella sticks are the only reason I am giving more than one star. They were very good.
I am unable to rate the atmosphere as I used the drive-thru.
In the end, I think Arby’s might want to stick with what it knows, and that’s NOT steak.

Went through the drive through and watched one of the employees pickup french fries, with her bare hands, that had spilled onto the counter and then put the fries back into the fry container that she then tried to give to me. The fact that they have employees handling food without gloves on is incredibly unsanitary.

The person taking order was in a huge hurry and getting the order correct was a challenge because of it, when we got to the window I still had to fix the order. Then we were asked to pull around to front and she would bring it out to us. We waited for about 10 minutes and there was only 2 cars in front of us. Food was cold and there was no Arby’s sauce, so we had to pull through the drive through again, and when I asked that we didn’t get any Arby’s sauce she gave me 3 for an order of 5 people, I had to ask for more. Very unhappy with mainly her, and the cold food. The cheese sauce had something in it….. Yuk! See pic

Visited this restaurant today for lunch. Worse food ever! I was so shocked! I ordered a beef ‘n cheddar combo and the cheese sauce was literally rancid! It tasted so disgusting.it was definitely old and outdated. When I realized something was wrong I opened the sandwich and tasted the meat first and then the cheese. I gagged! For over $9 I had a bite of spoiled food. The fries were not hot either. This is definitely horrible quality control at this restaurant and I will never be back. I would caution anyone before eating here. I still can’t get spoiled tangy feeling from my mouth. Ugh! All the fast food places around here are really low quality. Sad, sad, sad….

I have visited this place on 10Oct2020. We have chosen drive through. I have ordered fresh fries, Veggie sandwich and coke. This place is just near by Walmart. This place is on the N Pennsylvania Ave OKC 73120.
