Restaurant is all by its self. Not sure if the manager guy but an old Latino guy wearing regular cloths refused to help me, insisted I needed to use the kios even though I told him I needed help Its a very big order, he said “well youre going to have to wait” got on his phone and walked away to make a phone call. What kind of customer service is that bs! Im literally the only customer right now.

Was here on 6/16/25 at 4:18 pm and the Male cashier not sure if he’s the manager older Latino man. So I had two combos I asked one of those fries to be curly fries. He charged me both fries curly fries but only got one curly fries and other one regular when I went back to let him know that he had charged me for both but only got one curly fries he said well that’s what you asked for in a rude way I told him yes that’s what I asked for but you charged me for both so I would like the second curly fries. He just has a nasty attitude he needs customer service training. Also the restaurant was really dirty nobody came out to clean it nowhere to sit.

This is by far the worst and the least employed Jack in the Box I have ever been to. This goes directly to JACK IN THE BOX!!!! You need to have more staff on hand. The employees you have are doing their best to fulfill the orders but if you do not have a person or people to help them out to push the orders out you will lose a lot of online orders. There’s nobody working the storefront they only prioritized drive-thru people. I went inside in hopes of getting my food faster. It took 15 minutes for someone to get my order. People were walking out. The first thing I noticed was the giant puddle on the floor from the broken soda machine ( no “wet floor” sign) and then the very disorganized eating area. The place is a sleeping area for transients / homeless people. The bathrooms have no soap and questionable things on the floor.

Next time this business decides to close early they should update their hours on Google…I originally ordered by Doordash and after about 25 minutes my order was cancelled with no explanation. Then I drive to them because Google says they’re open until 2 and they had been closed for some time… My guess was at 12am.

OPEN sign on but no one is there past midnight. I work nights and anytime I’ve come here past 12am, they’re definitely open but they’re workers are gone. At this point I assume they keep the open sign on for show and take off. Get paid to do nothing. Lazy and pointless.
