I am new to North Bend or Coos bay visiting. People are very friendly. We wanted something cheap, fast and fulfilling to our stomachs before shopping. They had great offers on the Whopper Jr.’s. For $19.00, my daughters and I ate. A total of 8 whopper jrs. Four of us. The whopper Jr’s were delicious I definitely recommend it. We added the cheese for another 5.00. I thought it was cute to offer my daughters crowns. Love it. Thank you!

Burger King in Coosbay is awesome. Friendly, fast, and convenient. North bend would be awesome to but a manager there ruins it for the whole rest of the crew.

There is one short young lady who does 98% of the work for the shift. One tall lady who takes orders while she scowls at customers unless she wants to flirt with them (severe professionalism deficit). And one gentlemen who makes burgers and watches the tall lady.

The food was good for Burger King.
The Morale was good however very loud made eating indoors kind of annoying. Heard some loud cursing while my kids were inside eating with me. At one point one lady was actually talking to her co workers so loudly I couldn’t hear myself think.

Everything about this BK is wrong. Staff is super slow and always behind, food is served sweaty and half wrapped. Soggy and inedible. For $20 I would have expected a little better. Online orders are ignored .it said ready at 9:55 am at 10:25 it was brought to me in a soggy bag and my food was cold. I’ll most likely never come here again.Staff looks scary. I miss the days where people came to work looking nice and had pride in the appearance and work.

All I can say is wow! I’ve never had anybody take my order at the drive-through that was his curt and rude as this person. I very seldom eat at fast food establishments. And today was a reminder why. I don’t speak Burger Kingeeze so I asked for a quarter pound cheeseburger. The woman said if “you want a quarter pound cheeseburger going to McDonald’s” and she clicked off her microphone speaker. So I sat there and waited to see if she was going to take my order or not. After a minute of silence, I think she finally figured that I wasn’t leaving the drive-through so she came back on speaker said what do you want number one back-and-forth and what I ordered I asked for a strawberry milkshake and again she said we don’t do that here. menu is very difficult to navigate through because it’s a on a digital board and it’s continuously rotating. I think you have to be a speed reader to be able to decipher it. Anyway, I ended up at the window had to put up with the rudeness again, paid my fare and hit the road. I just can’t imagine that the franchisee would find this employees actions acceptable. Maybe next time I’ll take her up on her suggestion just go to McDonald’s.

I love BK, it’s just a dying company, 3 workers 1 cook complaining, Cashier in front new, same story across the board. Forgetting toppings and said I didn’t need sauce so they threw out the whole thing a d remade. What a waste.
