This Arby’s does not have the sauce bar they just give you packets, and u always get a to go bag, no tray for dining in. Also they keep it very cold in the lobby because they say it’s hot back in the back area. My number one complaint is the drink machine. It’s like dark soda water. I’ve been trying to eat here for 6 months or so and it’s been the same all the time so it’s not out of syrup it’s just they turn the syrup levels way down, sucks when you pay $3 for a drink and its so nasty u can’t even finish it. Food tasted good though, and lobby was clean

Well, I’m not going to get the chicken sandwiches again. The chicken sandwiches weren’t even slightly warm. That was just a joke. They wont even take your order til the person infront of you has paid, got their order, and drove off. The 2 people in front of me flat out just parked waiting for them to respond with I’ll be with you in a min and keep silent until they are just about to ditch the line. Employees need to do their job not stand around taking care of just one order until they drive off. That’s terrible for a drive-through.

Pulled up to order and no voice answered. Had to pull up to window to order. Only 2 people working. Only us as customer. Waited 15 minutes. Then gentleman quickly handed out the sack, fries were spilled. Worker did not say a word. No thank you or I apologize for your wait. We will most likely be calling management.

This Arby’s is by far the best one I’ve been to in a LONG time. I love Arby’s but even the Arby’s in our hometown doesn’t even come close to this one. This place is GREAT! It’s clean, employees are nice, and all the food was as it should’ve been. That’s important and sometimes not that easy when you have a family of 6. Someone is always unhappy but not going here!! Everyone was happy! We will definitely come back! Thank you!!!!

It says they are open, and post from last week says 10:30. But they don’t open till 11. Everybody’s still waiting at door and drive up. Finally, Ordered to go. Didn’t get the correct sandwich but if course didn’t check. Husband wanted Arby’s should’ve gone to Burger King!!

Dropped in fries and drinks. The store was clean and inviting. Our fries were hot and so was the cheese. The highlight and a pleasant surprise of the visit was the manager on duty. She was friendly and interacted with her employees with kindness and respect. She was up front helping, giving instructions, not giving orders. It made for a well oiled crew. We look forward to visiting again..

This is the 2nd time I’ve eaten here, the first time was really good, but this time the roast beef was really dry, like they cut it up in advance and left it under a light. I’ll eat here again but only if I go in so I can see if I’m getting dried out roast beef, or fresh cut. It makes a huge difference and with the price, it should always be fresh cut!
